Gym tomorrow. Any good ways to get my triceps working, except doing dumbbell kickbacks.
Dips, close grip benchpress, skullcrushers, there's loads of options.

Well, you should try to train your triceps more with the major compounds. There aren't a lot of dumbbell exercises other than extensions with their variations, but those are mostly isolated.

Bars are bent and in bad shape. Such is life in a 3rd world country.
Diamond pushups should be good, and you can do overhead extensions with dumbells. But if you want a proper workout, you should join a proper gym. When internet is available, I'm sure decent gym equiptment is aswell.

And if you are able to do push ups or dips, try those too, for those two exercises you don't need specific gym equipement although a dipbar would be nice for doing dips.

It depends, if it is in correct balance with your diet than no. Otherwise it wouldn't be too healthy.
phew! been working with mah barbell for a good while now, been doing sets of 3x10-15 but my workout isn't too regular.. should I do all the sets everyday, or every other day? usually i do all the 5 or 6 different workout techniques in a row whenever i get the chance :v: well, 30sec up to a minute brake between the sets anyway its pretty alright, been sweating alot and i don't feel any pain anywhere so i guess the proper workout form is good too.. when i started my hands shaked a bit after all the drudging, around from the wrist area.
Not very much about weightlifting (haven't done anything in a week due to medical issues) but I've lost a lot of fat. Feels good. I've been trying to eat a lot of protein and eat a lot (of healthy foods) so I don't get any sugar/fat cravings.
What is it you do with your barbell exactly? And it depends on what you want to acheive.
