Not sure what you're implying, but I missed your earlier posts about my maxes.
I will UK-ify my stats for you.
~81kg benchpress
~113kg squat
~152kg deadlift.
Bodyweight is 75.5kg to give you an idea on proportions.
fuck that is a lot of weight man, kudos
ohh right, okay, deadlift is using your legs mostly right? i'm sitting here imagining you benching cars like duke nukem
'scuse me ignorance
Deadlift is legs and back yeah, squat is basically all legs/glutes/core
do you want to shave them down so the lack of hair matches the muscle?
I will be masturbating vigorously to your lady-legs later :smug
hurrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
well judging by your pic my legs are at least 5x hairier than yours
[editline]5th February 2011[/editline]
you'd know what i mean if you were russion
why do you guys want to shave anyway? hair is fine/good so long as it's not on your back/shoulders
I'm eastern european if we're speaking heritage (croatian/yugoslavian). My legs are awful hairy, they look a little less hairy in the picture because the light whitewashes part of my leg though. And they won't stop getting hairier :(

I don't shave, though I've been considering taking a trimmer to my leg hair. Shit's too long when you can literally spike it by twisting it.
not sure i agree, let me google for some images to show you what i mean
wow okay nevermind, i wont be googling 'body builder, hairy' again any time soon
so many penises

I posted the pics you wanted of my military press a few pages back bra
i know, and i'm extremely jelly bro :( seriously dude you've done some great progress so far.
I don't know why but i can't seem to go above 65kg on the benchpress. I do 3 sets with 8 reps and on my 3rd set i can barely lift the 8th rep. It's annoying because i've been stuck on this peak for well over 3 months now and i can't seem to move up.
Also I'm doing 25kg dumbell press and 30kg dumbell press while spotted (i don't know if this is any good), and i'm always moving up by at least 2kg each month. But with my barbell press i can't seem to move higher, i tried and i ended up dropping my bar and nearly killing myself. :v:
How come I weigh less after a hard workout than early in the morning after taking a piss?
Morning: 71kg
Post-workout: 70kg
Does all water weight disappear during your workout or something?
i only have two 7.5kg bells guys
how do i make the most out of these, i've only been doing like 5 x reps of 6-8 curls and 4 x reps of 10 lifting them above my head. dunno technical terms

Benchpress is A LOT about technique. Make sure your wrists are straight, and your feet are properly on the ground. Look up some videos. I find myself struggling more with barbell than dumbell aswell, mainly because of the technique. I move 85kg barbell for 3x6 on the bench, and do 32kg dumbells on the incline for 3x6 aswell. It's just out of proportion, because my benching technique isn't as good as it should be.
Shait I've had to double my magnesium nutrient intake from 350 mg to 700mg every second day to fully avoid calf cramps.

65kg is around what I do for BP too for reps. 81kg is my 1RM.
I also do DB press with higher reps after my normal flat bench, I feel like it gives better hypertrophy results.
Meh, that's a terrible angle for both my quads and calves.
[img_thumb]http://filesmelt.com/dl/orly5.jpg[/img_thumb]
And my calves were entirely unflexed in that.
What do you do for your calves? All I have is a dip-belt, it's a pain putting weight on it.

My school gym actually has a couple really good machines for isolating calves with free weight. One you just sit down and do calf raises with a shitload of weight (I usually fill up the racks on both sides, don't know how much weight that is but it's usually 3 or 4 plates on each side) but it works wonders. You have to be careful with it though, because if your calves cramp up while you're doing it you're fucked.

Hate machines, can't have them at home.
hehe.
Calves seem to be the crampiest muscle ever.
I got like 3 calf cramps during sleep already but hopefully that won't happen again.

Use magnesium nutrient. You'll be surprised.
If you want to get like an extra 130 calories and some good taste into your protein shakes buy some carnation instant breakfast. My protein shakes are now delicious.
just bought a pullup in door bar, it;s actually amazing
thought it'd be a piece of shit
So fucking hungover and my legs/ass absolutely kill from yesterday.
My first post in this thread, got my next batch of supplements coming monday.
I'm testing out NOS Xplode this month, any experiences with it anyone?
you literally need 0 supplements if you have just started working out
protein powder doesnt count
You don't really need supplements at all.
As long as you eat and workout right, you can get ripped. Protein powder and creatine both help a ton, though.
I've been pumping weights a few weeks.
Before that I was in excellent physical condition from various sports.
I use NOXplode, its pretty nifty
