Deal. Kinda off-topic, but my dad went out last night with my mother to the Casino. Long story short, he left with a gash in his head, got a picture of his skull because it was that deep, and it took over 40 stitches to close up.

But with my barbell press i can't seem to move higher, i tried and i ended up dropping my bar and nearly killing myself. :v:[/QUOTE] brah my bench sucks compared to my chest dumbbell press, I can do (for reps of 10 ) 70 pounds in each hand on incline dumbbell but can only bench press 145 on incline, WTF but it`s getting better, here are some common remedies to a bad bench: (tried em out and they worked okay for me) after you are done, put on about 10 more pounds higher than your max, than try and do it for 1-3 reps with a spotter (of course you`ll need a spot for each one) but this just helps. Also, put on like another 10 pounds and do negatives (lowering it down as slow as you can, and having your spotter do all the work bringing it back up). also, work on form, like: -squeeze the bar reaaaallly hard the whole time, this recruits more muskles -look at one spot on the ceiling -don`t pause too long at the top, this just wastes energy -back slightly arched good luck broski [editline]5th February 2011[/editline] [QUOTE=Perfumly;27873019]My school gym actually has a couple really good machines for isolating calves with free weight. I heard Creatine is not a great supplement to take. Should I stick to only protein, or is it not true that creatine is bad for you.
