If you have visible abs when not flexing you're at like 10% or less, and the defined-ness in your chest in that other pic gave that away too. I'm around 12-13% and I have way more visible BF than you.
I started lifting weights almost 2 weeks ago and I guess I went too heavy too fast, because I strained my neck and have had a stiff neck ever since. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? I've tried rubbing icy hot and bengay on it and I don't sleep with any pillows so it's not my sleeping position. I've taken hot baths every day and it still hurts like fucking hell. Are they supposed to last this long and how do I get rid of it?

If you didn't use calipers or go to a doctor they're probably not accurate. That's the only surefire way to get a good measurement within a couple percent. Usually it's much easier to tell by the visuals though. Tape measurement BF tests are all liable to be like 5% off. I'm pretty sure if I was below 10% I'd have visible lower abs too but all I have is a 4-pack, flexing or not.
You should post a relaxed frontal mirror shot. No homo but it would be a lot easier to tell from that

And was it flexing or not or just fully relaxed? Will prob do it later
When I went all the way around it was at the widest part of shoulders unflexed.
I had the worse case of the spins last night. Shit sucks.
So I've just really noticed something that I was diagnosed with when I was a child [img]http://gyazo.com/cac5940b8bbceafd55607b99e274a00c.png[/img] My right hip rests higher than my left hip, making it appear to jut out really far. I'm probably going to be getting surgery on it to make my hip normal looking and not like I can bare children on one side of my body. On the right side of the picture is a mock-up of how it should- and probably will somewhat look post surgery.
I go to the Rec center every other day after school and sometimes during the weekends. The main reason I'm going is because I am in football(American) during the fall and I want to ensure that I will get onto the varsity team. Unfortunately I only have knowledge of using the weight machines and not free weights. Again unfortunate is that almost all of my friends are not in any kind of sport and do not go to the rec center meaning I have no one to spot me. Still waiting for my father to get himself a membership so that he can go with me and teach me free weights. (I got a free membership for being in football). Also, my all time favorite thing to do during practice was push the sled around the field.
fuck my gym card expired. i don't really have $650 at the moment
