Yay, legs are getting much stronger. Went from 1 plate aside for leg press 3 weeks ago to 4 plates per side. I know it's not much, but I never used to train my legs, so it feels good to be at 4 plates already.
So I heard that you guys can teach me how to make my muscles explode, how do I do that?

he actually didnt use synthol, it was a variant of it but also, he was in very good shape before he started doing these drugs he looked jacked when he was natural oh and lol his right arm looks like a square

Any tips on losing fat? I play football as a D-lineman and since I'm not going to be playing football anymore any tips for removing my momentum fat? I'm not a weakling either.
