usually for breakfast on weekdays i eat a bowl of cheerios or a protein shake
lunch is usually a salad with some chicken and crispy noodle things. and some Italian dressing, not much
dinner is usually whatever the fuck is in the house and is where i go wrong
Start planning out your dinners better.
Also, start buying healthier foods. Instead of loading up on beef and stuff, get chicken breasts, fish, and other seafood (Shrimp is really good, low fat, high protein)
Get a bunch of vegetables and fruits.
Then, when you decide to just eat whatever's in the house, you'll naturally eat healthy foods.

M- Chest/Tris
T- Rest
W- Legs/Shoulders
Th- Rest
F- Back/Bis
Sat- Rest
Sun- Rest
But after three weeks thats getting kinda slow for me so I'm thinkin of doing a 4 or 5 day split. Any suggestions?

Most people that workout just look fit, and healthy with clothes on
It actually helps a lot in job interviews, if you can trust someone to watch what they eat and dedicate enogh time to count calories, workout everyday, etc. then you can trust them with lots more than some fat blob who has no dedication
Also, it makes you healthy, and you set goals and achieve them which is a great feeling in itself
Oh btw VQ when I cut in April you should tell me your secrets because I will have no idea what I'm doing. And we're pretty much having around the same amount of gains on the same calories right now it seems, so cutting would probably work similar for us too.

What do you mean build abs? You can lower your BF to make them more sexy looking or do weighted abdominal exercises once or a couple of times per week to add mass to them.
I'd recommend working abs at least twice a week

I need more ab definition and want to increase my ab strength in order to take harder tackles with less injury, so far I do 180 degree leg reaches and 25 slow full crunches in sets of 3.

Probably, but I also have quite a bit more bodyfat. And you`re a bit taller than me, I`m only 5`10 or 5`11, and I noticed that it was like 175 that I started looking decent
what weight are you trying to reach??
I'm trying to reach AT LEAST 180 by april but I'm hoping for 185-190 so that when I cut I will be like 165-170lbs of pure mussel.

Yeah so since you're taller you'll need more weight to look bigger, but since you're lean like you said you won't even have to cut much, so we should be proportional weight-height wise after our cuts
I will be like 190 at the end of this so if I cut to 170 it should be good I think, not sure though
hoping I don't look small after my cut, I keep getting compliments on my arms cause all my sweaters are tight as hell on them now, hopefully I won't lose too much muskles
