Hah, I just realized that I pretty much never do bics. I tried to do some yesterday, but my wrist hurt like a bitch where I snapped it like 4 years ago. I've done lap bow and pullups though. Half of the people who say they work out, spend 50% of their time doing bic curls.

Do you guys think going at a heavy bag for a hour or so would be good for exercise/cardio? Looking to lose a bit of body fat.

My Gym bros always save me everytime I get trapped in the bench. You should post detailed instructions on how to escape the bench, when your arms fail to lift it back to the rack.

I moved to London in september, that's when I had to stop working out properly (no money), got a month's gym pass in november, and didn't work out until this monday after it ran out [editline]11th February 2011[/editline] I got a week pass for christmas, so I did a week in early january but that's it

I can barely bench my own body weight, probably 90 max, haven't really tried. Haven't tried max for deadlifts, I usually do them 4x10 with 100kg I haven't done squats for ages, my balance is shit [editline]11th February 2011[/editline] shoulder press is 4x8 with 65kg on the machine leg presses 3x10 with 125kg, max is something over 200kg [editline]11th February 2011[/editline] and I don't do curlz
