You should def work on fitting in squats and bench. They're really great lifts in general. I had the same problem with balancing on squats just do them with less weight to get a feel for it and then you'll start seeing some solid gains.

is it normal to start seeing changes in physical appearance start occurring way faster at a certain point even though my weight gain has been mostly linear?
It's like the first 35lbs were invisible muscles growing all over and now I'm starting to look a little bit bigger every week it seems.

It's actually pretty normal. A lot of people have spurts and then you'll hit a plateau and have to adjust accordingly

Well I mean it's your body but I think it would be a good idea to throw in some bi's with your work out. Maybe some preacher, concentration, incline, hammer, etc. curls

I eat them as a snack, not for gaining, cause sometimes I get really hungry after a workout.

Your indication should be your strength gains. If you gain strength, workout to workout - you're eating enough. Even going from 5 reps to 6 reps is an improvement. You can't go speedy gonzales every workout, everyday, every week. When the time comes, you will stop. Maybe people need to take this in consideration, before they embark on a new quest to consume 3k more calories a day or a new protein shake from your goddamn allowance.

You can still make strengh gains while maintaining the same amount of muscle- why not maximize the muscle you get instead of just getting the bare minimum?
You need protein. When you workout, you need more. Plain and simple.
Oh and btw I work full time in the summer and part time during the year and probably make a year what you make in 3.

Yeah dude, that happened to me pretty fast like 2 weeks ago
I was gaining weight and strength, but size just started coming on one week and during that week I gained the least weight but the most size
it was weird

They`re not bad, I guess. If you`re only having one a day it`s easier, healthier and cheaper to just get mixed nuts, you`ll get more protein and calories (and fats, but whatever)

Got my NOS Xplode, it seems to make me somewhat more capable of pushing out 1-2 more reps (10 in total) than my typical amount, and my form appears better throughout.
