I really think a good playlist can make or break a workout session. If you're playing Coldplay, you're not gonna feel as motivated as something with powerful bass (I have a little sub for my speakers) or a fast tempo.

Jelly of pecs VQ, our arms look pretty similar though. (I have no idea why my arms and delts got way more swole than everything else, I don't even work them as hard as I work everything else)
and winter sports dance was tonight, was pretty fun. Danced for about 3 hours straight and removed my dress shirt and I was just wearing a beater. Everyone mirin dem arms.

Saying it's impossible without supplements is just stupid, but I agree that most pretty much everyone has used them at some point, because using them is much easier than watching what you eat. Getting big is also a long process plus there's good reason not to use supplements.
