Any BF guesstimates?
Well, I'm no expert but I'd guesstimate it around 10%, maybe 1-2% variance

Lol, my parents don't rule over me. I'm in the army right now. That's my personal opinion, so I guess the correct word might be "similar". No objection to supplements, will buy them in a few months, when I start roaming on my own. Just stating a misused and overused trend.

Terrible week for my training, only worked out monday and tuesday, rest of the days were spent in a haze of furious studying for exams plus cooking and then recovering, more reading, doing excercises, writing 30 pages of school diary (compulsory) etc. Back to normal next week (I hope)

To me it looks like your bf% remained pretty much stagnant, which means you probably put on a bit of fat and a bit of muscle. Not really a recomp but looks a bit like one.

I'm on a new program for throwing. I think I have found my sport. Not to be cocky, but I'm threw 46 feet with less then 3 weeks of training, maybe like 5 practices in total.
