yeh they go to the gym and doesn't afraid of anything
one time I heard they accidentally a whole squat rack??
14 inches is big for arms? I saw that somewhere fairly recent in this thread. I'm so proud of myself now; I was a little turned off by the number because the only ones I've seen were pro bodybuilders with 20+.
14inches isn't really big but it's big compared to like your average joe I guess.
Me and VQ are 14" arm bros

14" inch krew mawfukaaa
yeah I think 16" is pretty big, huge is around 18-20" (almost impossible to get to 18 without hormone supps or synthol), arnold had upwards of 20 (anywhere from 21-23) and he juiced hardcore
of course all of the above is lean, not just fatceps
14" is a decent size, it looks big compared to people that don't work out, but for people that workout, I thik 13-15 is pretty average for a lot of beginnerish people (less than 2-3 years working out?)
I wish I knew how big my arms were :(
^above is pretty brosciency

Perhaps I didn't think it was big because I don't wear tight shirts enough. I wear larges and very rarely a medium because I'm embarrassed by my core. I don't work it enough and I'm going to start doing so. Even though I have a 33" waist, which is pretty alright I guess (when put up with a 40"+ shoulder breadth), I just look sorta... builtfat with a medium on- I don't want to look like that, I can't wait to be 10-20 pounds leaner. When I flex my midsection I can feel the abs under the fat, since I do crunches regularly because of my phys. ed. class in school. Does riding a bike or elliptical help with that? (I don't even know HOW to ride a bike... perhaps an elliptical will help a little bit with that)
As of this morning: 14.5"~ arms, just under 33" waist, 167 lbs, 5'8" and a half.
I moved up from using 20 pound dumbbells four weeks ago to 45 as of today...
I'm 6'2 and went from 200 to 210 in four weeks. Is this normal?

Aerobic will help you burn as many calories as you burn during the work out. So if you're willing to really push yourself consistently you can definitely see the results.

what exercise did you move up on?
Hammer curls. I dont know the names of the others I do though..
Hammer curls. I dont know the names of the others I do though..
hammer curls are a relatively easy exercise so it is reasonable to up weight that quickly. Try to make sure you're not swinging and that you don't arch your back
Well another thing I have been doing are laying down on a bench and pushing my arms out as far as I can go, then bringing them back up all the way until the dumbbells touch. I'm looking to experiment a little to, seeing as I go to the gym 6 days a week now (I have since august, but had to take a break because of an injury not too long ago)

Your description of that work out baffles me and i do not follow.
Also, I would not recommend working out six days a week depending on what you are doing because it's either too spread out or doesn't allow your body time to heal

I only have 13'' arms if it makes you feel better. 148~lbs. (i lost 2 pounds since my last weigh in lool) 6' tall.
Quick question.
I've been doing basically every home workout I could think of, with curling weights... dumbbells I guess, and have gotten little results for my bicep/triceps area. But, I have gotten pretty big forearm muscle.
What am I doing wrong?
Great information man, mixed with inspiring images of celebrities, however it would have been even better if what you were saying was referenced to something, even wikipedia =D, but that's probably just my own opinion.
perfumbro how hold are you bro?
Weighed in at 89,3 kg this morning! I love bulking and I'm dreading the cut. Also, really nice going guys.
I started recently to weightlifting again. I did it back in 2007/2008. Stopped for 2 years. (Been eating much fat food) Now Back in action and gotten allot of muscle mass!.
But, I need suggestion to get muscle on my legs.
