Have you measured your arms before you started working out, and now? Because it could be possible that your forearm grew along with your biceps and they look like they didn't grow because your forearms have gotten some size too.
Also, try more isolation exercises, like preacher curls or isolation curls to just isolate your biceps with minimal forearm use!

Before you do any of the above, make sure you know proper form though. Especially squats and deadlifts. If you don`t, look up AT LEAST 10 youtube videos preferably from different angles on how to do them.

Well, 3 sets and 10 reps each exercise and supersets will be enough for me.
I almost bench pressed 60kg(132lbs) two times today. Making progress slowly.

I'm wanting to get some more high endurance things, than just the usual weight lifting i've been doing in the hopes of helping get rid of the excess weight, while still getting stronger.
Not that this directly gets me stronger, but i have heard that using those thick exercise ropes is really good for the arms, core, and cardio. But, every where online has them for ridiculous prices. Like 200 or so for a 50ft rope...
So, i was thinking if i could just find a similar rope from any place else...like a shipping company or something like that, it has to be the same thing. I mean, isn't their mark up essentially them charing you because it's "FOR GETTING RIPPED!" and because they sell it as exercise equipment, instead of the simple rope that it is?
Anyway, i'm rambling.
This says it is 72.50 for 100ft. You can get it cut to length, so if i got a 60ft rope it would be considerably cheaper than ordering one from a "fitness company".
But i can't really be sure that they are the same thing. I don't know if they will be the same weight, so i figured you guys with experience with them might have an idea. Any thoughts?

It's just another form of working out, sans weights. It's pretty intense for the upper body, core, and cardio from what i have heard.
