Nice bro. I'm considering looking into swimming for my cut aswell. Back when I really was into it, we averaged about 6500 yards on a 2 hour session. It's a tough workout.

I got a few old issues of "Men's Health" and there was a really good article on the benefits of swimming. It was talking about how as far as cardio type exercises go it's one of the best, because it works your entire body, gets the heart rate up, helps with lung endurance, and on top of that, has the benefit of not shredding your joints if you have weak ones. (A plus for people like me, that despite my doctor not seeing anything, have knees that are just awful.)
I'm hoping once nicer weather comes around i can talk the housing complex near my house to let me use their pool if i throw a few bucks their way every month since it's a 5 minute walk away from here.

She told me that she talked to her ex to tell him she needed space and wanted to move on. So now we'll see where it goes. All in all V-day was a success.

I'll be really jealous if you get an opportunity to do outdoor swimming. It's just so much better, doesn't leave your lungs all fucked with astma from all the chlorine fumes. You going to be swimming yards or meters? We alternated between 25m and 50m on different days, but swimming yards is so much fun 'cause it's a little bit shorter.
And yay, 2kg from being overweight by BMI standards!
Did squats today in my weight class at school. Got up to 5 reps of 205. Most I've ever done. In fact, just a month ago, 95 would wind me.

I know it isn't going to be accurate at all, but it's a nice little thing to keep you motivated towards getting heavier. I mean, who doesn't want to be like the rest of the population, overweight, instead of just being normal? :P
