brb eating everything on my cheat meal saturday night and canceling all progress made during the week (super cereal)
[editline]17th February 2011[/editline]
what are your lifts like? bench, deads, squats (one rep max, or what you do for reps)
how long have you been lifting?
well i made my self a schedule for hat muscle to exercise. How i do it is up to me during the exercise. But most of the time i do Dunbell press, bench press, barbell curl, and push ups and arms day. I always worked out since i was a freshmen in high school but not seriously. I started working out seriously about like 5 or 6 months ago and noticed a huge difference.
Oh and i do like 3 or 4 sets of 12 mainly. Sometimes i dont get sore with heavy weights, so i do light weights with like 3 or 4 sets of 20 or 30 so i can get sore in the morning rofl.
bro-mode workout sched
Idk if i'm even going to cut because my body can't even get fat anyway. Furk
this is really nothing to complain about lol
that sounds like a terrible idea.
care to explain why?
oh and the doing high reps one day to get your muscles sore has some truth to it, although not 20-30 lul
recently I've been switching everything up a lot, like everytime I workout I either do different exercises each time, or, if that exercise is crucial (deadlifts, etc.) than I just switch the rep range, like 3 sets of 8, or 4 sets of 6 or something
Arnold did it :c00lbert:
Well Arnold also ate lou ferrigno's cake. I bet it was delicious.
care to explain why?
Well by what you said it sounds like you're doing around the same work out 5 days a week and you're just doing a little of everything and it's too spread out.

day 1 - bicep, triceps, shoulders, traps, chest, upper back and lats.
day 2 - quads, hamstring, calf, thigh, and lower back
day 3 - abs, neck
day 4 - rest
I didnt mention any cardio because i have no specific time i do cardio.
day one is wayyyyy too crowded. Split it up more
Well by what you said it sounds like you're doing around the same work out 5 days a week and you're just doing a little of everything and it's too spread out.
why not 20 or 30? usually i feel quite a burn by then.
Call it what you like but it's not going to work nearly as well
Call it what you like but it's not going to work nearly as well
Trust me i know what im doing, long as you can feel the burn, work the muscles equally and wake up sore, that means you did good.

Lactic acid buildup does not mean you did good necessarily.
Lactic acid buildup does not mean you did good necessarily.
thats true, because being sore isnt the #1 sign of a good workout. But mainly being sore means you worked out hard without over training.
[editline]17th February 2011[/editline]

Symptoms:

* Mental breakdown

20-30, your body will respond to it the same as it does when you walk 20-30 steps from your computer to the fridge
anything above 12 reps is usually unnecessary, and above 15 is stupid
switching it up all the time is awesome, but doing low reps for sets of 4 or high reps for sets of 3 means low reps=4-8, high reps 8-12, just because you feel tired doesn`t mean it was good[editline]17th February 2011[/editline]
Little tip for everyone here, fuck your bishes in the pool where eggs can't fertilize.
Pool water washes all that natural lube away though.
I'm starting to actually hope this guy is a troll
Pool water washes all that natural lube away though.
Who needs lube when you have a chode?
Binsky how long are you usually sore after chest day? I'd like to be pretty sure I'm not OTing but I usually have a dull soreness in the chest for about 4-5 days after chest day.
