How many sets are you planning on doing everything, Kiwi. Also, on day 1 I wouldn't recommend doing dumbbell bench press right after bench. Maybe throw military press in between the two. On day 2 maybe try to put bi curls after one armed rows and something between the two shrugs. Day 3 seems ok depending on the amount of sets you're doing of everything.

Your muscles are prob not used to that routine. Changing routines is very important, in general. I don't know what your old schedule was but i'd say that it was fine

I gave you lightning bc that's what I read it as first.
Triceps today. One of my favorite days. Get excited.
I utilized it, didn't work out.
The problems with taking a good photo are:
1) I haven't got strong enough light sources to take photos with just one hand (shaky)
2) With flash (kindly given by Binsky) even VQ or Perfumly would look like wimps because of no shadows (flash from foward)
3) cannot adjust flash to point somwhere else
4) none of my webcameras can take unchoppy pictures
5) Haven't got a tripod or anything else to put the camera on
6) I built a contraption with two chairs to put the camera high enough, the picture was still blurry because of poor lighting and the fact I can't keep my body/arm stable if I'm flexing my arm as hard as I can

Lol, sometimes you get too fat, so you just go for a cut for a few months and go back on bulk. Works better with ecto, which get noticeable results in less than a month. My own experience.

Body types mostly use physical, unchangable body traits. No relations to how fat you become or skinny.
