i guess to start off i wont be squatting anything heavy enough necessitate one
all this humid weather is making me too lazy to workout out in my garage, which is pretty much an oven when it's hot or humid. for the last few weeks i've been using the gym maybe 3 times a week when i usually do 5.
can't wait for that autumn weather to roll in, my aesthetics are bustin for a good swolin.

hahaha, just do front squats=you`ll have to use less weight cause they`re harder, and the bar is much easier to put down when you`re done, but to put it on your front someone will probably have to help you

I can't do any intense exercises for too long without my back giving up on me, sit-ups press-ups and workouts are just too much. Swimming and cycling is fine though.

Well physically, I'm a bit out of a shape and understand its normal to be sore after doing a lot of workout but not for my back. In September I began working out most weekdays at the gym with my flatmates, felt good and slept after it, but it soon got to the point I could barely do a few reps without feeling in agony, these aren't heavy weights either. From my upper to lower back its just a lot of pain and it would be stupid to push it any harder, my brother works with computer repairs and the physical work of that put him under a lot of pain for a few months, to the point he quit his job and was stuck in bed most days. I've had it since I was a child, as mother and brother suffer the same.
Swimming is really the best thing I can do, that's enjoyable, good for my back and I'd be willing to stick at it.

I was in and out of hospitals all my life till I was 14 or so "you have cerebral palsy etc" another doctor would say "growing pains". That was suffering travelling around in its own. I did a lot of physiotherapy because at that point my leg muscles were very weak to the point I couldn't run, felt like something was in my legs that obstructed the movement. I managed to get over it. My back is the problem now and I need to rest for longer after doing physically intense stuff. Doctors aren't worth bothering with, they would give me a few tablets and tell me to come back if it still hurts.
Do you still go to physiotherapy? I do and it definitely helps, especially the once a month massages :P
That's rough, MisterM but I wouldn't give up on doctors even if they don't seem to be helpful. They're definitely your best shot of making it better.
