I was in and out of hospitals all my life till I was 14 or so "you have cerebral palsy etc" another doctor would say "growing pains". That was suffering travelling around in its own. I did a lot of physiotherapy because at that point my leg muscles were very weak to the point I couldn't run, felt like something was in my legs that obstructed the movement. I managed to get over it. My back is the problem now and I need to rest for longer after doing physically intense stuff. Doctors aren't worth bothering with, they would give me a few tablets and tell me to come back if it still hurts.[/QUOTE]
well really the only thing anyone here can say is do what is good for you, you are the one with the problem so you should be able to evaluate it yourself with the help of doctors, so if it hurts, you probably shouldn`t do it lol

A: squeeze out a quick work out and hope i can finish and have time to pack
B: call him and see if we could work out at his uni
C: Work legs out sunday and push everything back until rest day fixes it.
D: Skip leg day
Also, if i do work out I would kind of like to shower.

mmh, skipping is a bad habit that tends to stick (I know that, hnngh, leg day and I don't wanna!)
Missed leg day today, because the gym closes an hour and a half earlier than other week days. I tend to spend 1.5 hours at the gym, so I basicly came right when they closed. I feel horrible with myself. sort of guilty and depressed :-(

Who'd said leg days would feel so good. How long should I rest every muscle group? My legs, when should I have my next leg day? I once read, that it only takes 48 hours to rest that muscle, but my shoulders disagree with that.

Whats amazing is that I started to build up my pull up skills a few weeks ago. I'd say beginning of Feb I could barely do one pull up.
Now 3 weeks later I'm ripping out 5-6 every day. Its amazing how fast the progress was.
Was proper pumped to day and managed to do two 1-handed pull ups!
