I can't really use that because of a foot problem I have would hurt too much to lift it.

Also, got a 360lb deadlift about 8 inches off the ground the other day. Back is def my weakpoint on deads. Ummm...yeah I don't know where to start, theres a nice gym near my house that I've been thinking about joining. I've done some research etc. I'm pretty skinny and need to get bigger, how many reps etc should I do?

Out of 360 kids in my school only me and three friends use the gym after school. We are a rare breed here.

oh god my legs did sprints whilst pulling 90 pounds on a sled after doing one it felt pretty heavy and when i turned around to turn the sled there was somebody sitting on it with a big ole shit eating grin

14.5~" arms and 170~ lbs atm i must lose 20-30 lbs by summer and i hope to gain an inch on my arms as well at least by the end wanna look real hard for senior year, gonna be in the back of a pickup truck and if all the others who're supposed to be up on it puss out i'll go on and be shirtless (as sexually liberated as one can be i refuse to be bumping bods with other dudes without my shirt on) i might post some pics soon. wish i had a tape measure at my house, i had to use this one in my forensics class lol [editline]19th February 2011[/editline] Talk about those some, Blanketspace?
