Flawless fucking victory I infected the guy who spends 2 hours at the Squats rack! Hopefully I won't see him on my leg day. I have a question, I love doing abdominals everyday for the pleasure, but is it helping my abs?? Do I need to rest them? :frown:

I did something to my rotator cuffs in my shoulders, I had to stop doing shoulders today and skip to traps. It sucks so much, it hurts like a bitch.

Had a pretty meh workout today, lost 3lbs due to shitting my guts out yesterday and being dehydrated. I never got it checked out either, and I hurt it shoulder pressing once and it was no shoulder or chest workouts for like 2-3 weeks. And I couldn`t even throw anything for a while lol. Probably should have gotten that checked out but I was busy as fuaark
my DB bench is shit compared to my oly, not sure why really. I go as low on oly bar as I do DB bench but I only DB bench like 60lbs. (Not max though)
Incline DB benching 70's is pretty good, man. I suck at incline. :\

Yeah I guess that makes sense. I've never put the three together myself. I still don't really like shoulders with legs, though. Idk they don't really fit in anywhere.
