And the legs release a testosterone and insulin hormone, which is why I work them out first day of the week and a second time also. I'm thinking of buying 4lbs of casein and looking highly in to Dbol

If it's your first cycle you should just do test

dbol has a lower rate of conversion to estrogen than test but pretty much everyone recommends taking test as the first run [editline]24th February 2011[/editline] make sure you have an anti-estrogen on hand in case you end up experiencing excess aromatization is this your first cycle?
And you probably shouldn't even think of doing a cycle without at least 1.5 years of legitimate lifting experience.

Do you think I should be mixing some cardio with heavy lifting at this point?

I have 32 inch hips you guys make me feel like a woman. But my waist is also 32 inches so I just have a wide core in general.

[B]btw bros, I don't encourage steroid use for anyone under the age of 25 (or anyone really, fcuk steroids), I am just trying to see wtf this guy is thinking and hopefully help him out a bit because if someone has their mind set on it, there is really no way for me to change that[/B] srs bro you're probably going to do it anyways but steroids have a huge amount of side effects, especially if you are under the age of 25, and unless you have done a huge amount of research then you are probably not ready to do it, there is also really no way to 100% prevent every side effect, many times you hear people taking anti-estrogens but still get gynocomastia (only removed by surgery), prostate cancer, and many other side effects try to reach your potential naturally brah, look at people like binsky: natural, looks hella swole and it's not like he's been working out for 10 years or anything, just have a proper diet and lift heavy
