yeah I get those once in a while, for me I end up forgetting about them but turning my back/head a certain way just makes it hurt 10x more and then I remember it's there again

My diet consists mostly of meat, vegetables, and I have the feeling that I shouldn't be eating fruit, oh and protein shakes.
But near to no carbohydrates. Pimp up my diet plz~ Please no tuna. I hate fish.

I agree with Seith. This thread has much more intellectual content then furry chat, love chat, or gun chat. Maybe we could split the thread and have a work out chat and then a work out discussion but seriously I typically try to put a fair amount of thought into my posts here. Sometimes I dick around but still I feel like the 600+ posts that I lost is lame.

Day 1:
Drop set dumbbell press on non-incline bench, weights tipped to 45 degrees, maximum weight 8-10 reps, decline at 20-30% of weight for 4 sets of 8-12 reps.
Drop set dumbbell pullover on non-incline bench, maximum weight for 8-10 reps and decline for 4 sets of 8-12 reps.
Drop set barbell curls from maximum weight for 8-10 reps and decline for 4 sets of 8-12 reps.
Day 2:
Drop set barbell row, maximum weight for 8-10 reps and decline for 4 sets of 8-10 reps.
Drop set overhead tricep extensions, maximum weight for 8-10 reps and decline for 4 sets of 8-10 reps.
Drop set Barbell shoulder shrugs, maximum weight for 10-12 reps, decline for 4 sets of 10-12 reps.

nice job bro, and yeah squats always tend to fuck me up somehow, either when my ear is popping at the last rep, i get throbbing shit in my head, or pain in my shoulders (wtf)

if you only have 3 days than you`re going to have to combine some things, but it would be better to add a day or two to workout and make it a bodypart split since you're not a beginner

Why are squats done with a barbell on your shoulders instead of hanging dumbells/square cage held with your handgrip? Is it because then you don't need such a strong grip or what?
