Sometimes i wish i had a spare room to workout in. While it would be an investment to spend on all the weights, it would be more cost effective then spending it all the time on a gym membership (granted, 32 a month for a 24 hour gym isn't too terrible).
I've been considering doing some non-gym type exercises with my manager at work. He teaches youn wha ryu and has been trying to get into better shape himself (He's done really well. He's lost a good amount of weight in 6 months or so).
So i think i might do sandbag carries and stuff like that, we discussed getting a big ass tire to flip for fun.
I figure anything to keep me from getting bored of the gym would be nice. That's always been my problem, i get tired of just going to the gym and slowly stop going. Although this has been the best i've ever done with the gym (Probably because i stopped eating out like a fat kid and am actually seeing results for once)

Today was a sad day, my fellow Gym bros. I had my first serious accident at the Gym. I was doing dumbbell flyes, my left arm failed and fell to my sides, this made my right arm, fall into my chest, and hit me with 9 kg. And with the force of my left arm falling to my left side, I violently rolled from the bench into the ground.

Look things up on the internet. There's some good info. Watch some vids and read tips. These helped me a lot. You need to work that lower body or you can potentially fuck up your spine

I never understood that, one of my friends shaved his chest when he went to the beach which I guess gave him a better tan but then a week later he had 5 o'clock shadow covering his whole torso lol
Also, a section called 'Lifestyle' shoule be created to hold stuff like drugs, cars and bodybuilding in subforums.
