I don't want anything like a bodybuilder body. I want a lean body, flat and muscled.
Nein, I was 130lb skinnyfat

Btw binsky what is the circumference of your hips?
I have no idea and no way to measure anything, honestly. Lo siento, mi amigo.

well then I guess right now the best thing would be to eat healthier, work out more, eat more protein but still eat a bit less than you do right now. more exercise+less food=fat loss
don`t do anything drastic though, like eating 3 meals less, just eat only a bit less, maybe 200-300 calories less per day, that can be easily done by replacing soda with water, or candies with fruits

Go to 0:57, that's kinda the body I'm aiming for.

well then you`re in luck, that body is VERY easy to achieve, I don`t think that guy even works out lol
so here is what you will need to do: workout hard, sleep at least 8 hours a day, eat high protein foods, don`t eat junk food, and eat less
I`m assuming all that separates you from this physique is just some fat, correct?
As far as I know, yes. Thanks. A friend of mine gave me a great food schedule. I hope I can finally achieve the body I want. Or should I say I will get the body I want! :v:

finally, forever179poundbinsky is gone
good job bro
Just making a protein shake right now, glass of low fat milk, 2 bananas and a scoop of protein
over 40 grams of protein in it, carbs are kind of high but I need some energy right now
who knew mixing milk and fruits could be so delicious?
I'm around 175 lbs, I just need to lose some fat.
I'm around 175 lbs, I just need to lose some fat.
how tall are you again?
Had the roughly monthly proper weighing today, 111.9kgs, so -12kgs since I begun
177 cm.
177 cm.
seems like you`re at a pretty decent weight for your height, once you lose the fat you should try and gain a bit back but healthy weight
I think I'm going to start my cut when I'm at 200. But then again, bulking is so much funner. Just have some nasty stomach fat that needs to go and I'm afraid it's taking quite a bit of muscle with it :(
I weigh 96 pounds and I'm 5'3, I'm also 16. For some reason, I cannot gain weight. I literally pack my whole tray with healthy protein and fat filled food at school lunch and eat a bunch after school, but I'm stuck. Should I just stop exercising? I've got a muscular body, I'm not scrawny. I go the gym every day, but I want some more muscle mass so I get can get bigger biceps and get more pecs than just a little bump. tips?

breakfast: 4 strips of bacon, scrambled eggs, milk
lunch: w/e the school serves
after school: turkey sandwiches, CHUNKY campbells soup (usually steak, chicken corn chowder, or split pea and ham), various snacks

that`s like nothing bro, lol
guesstimating that's like 1500-2000 calories in total?
you need to up your caloric intake, even if slightly:
have cashews or almonds as snacks, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, stuff like that. chocolate milk is good too. you need more bro. I was eating 4 times what you are eating right now when I was bulking
ok, thanks

What size of pants do you wear moran
Recommend me a workout I can do without weights and a 20 pound bar for an hour. I try to do a ton of push-ups and crunches and with the 20 pound bar, do a bunch a curls for 5 minutes and other arm stuff. But this is for 20 minutes. I want something that will make me dead tired and/or make me stronger (endurance and/or strength wise). I just want to get buff and get stronger and lift longer.
gay
Is there any good workout without equipment or gym? I mean, I don't expect bodybuilder build. I just want to increase my muscle mass and keep it toned.

Most stuff with bodyweights and that light of a weight of bar will just get your endurance up, for mass gains its prefferable to have higher weights, but here is something anyways:
Chest/tris:
-wide grip pushups
-dips
-close grip pushups
-do skullcrushers with the bar, that will probably last you a bit
Back/bis
-pullups
-chinups
-wide grip pullups
-try rows with the bar but it will get easy pretty quickly
Legs/shoulders
-bodyweight squats
-single leg squats
-handstand pushups
-find 2 heavy objects and shrug them (lol)
-try squats with the 20 pound bar, but it will only be hard for like 2 days
-try shoulder press with the bar too

Read above, except disregard the part with the bar. Really, stuff like pullups, chinups, pushups and dips will be the core of your exercises.
There is some good, but only to an extent. Once you get used to the bodyweight exercises, you will be doing them for high reps and high reps=mostly endurance. But they are good until you can do them for really high reps.
But bodyweight exercises are a great way to start and will definitely add some muscles mass and definition if you do them regularly and properly.
this is probably gonna raise binsky's ego a fair bit, but binksy's physique is generally what i'm working towards; big and defined, not not too bulky. and i want that back. that back man...fuaark.
i'd love to know your stats binksbro
