Clean bulking is overrated I need my fast food and absurd amounts of junk. If I can reach 170 in time I might push it to 180.

I've seen some pretty good gains from it, along with that I'll either follow it's nutrition plan or else a high protein low fat/carb diet. Also, I'm trying to work out some sort of nutritional plan, does anyone know if canned chicken, tuna or pink salmon can be used as 'meals' if I'm having 6 meals a day in 2-3 hour increments? I personally love the taste of all of those things and to my understanding they are nutritious as well. I just want to lose weight and get toned. I'll bulk once I've cut. And you probably have a pretty good metabolism.
Nice... My maxes have been skyrocketing. My bench at the beginning of the year: 120, now: 135 My squat at the beginning of the school year: 155, now: 205. That's all I've tested so far this week. I hope my deadlift goes up from 225 lbs.
Current stats: (1RM) Squat- 250 Dead- 280 Bench- 155 Bodyweight- 150 Height- 6'0 BF%- 13-16% (guesstimation)

I remember in the summer when I was maxing out 225 on deadlifts, then took a few month break to work full time landscaping/construction, returned and after a few weeks it went up to 300+ lol

I don't really like the way that guy looks after p90x (But I'm just picky with genetics, I don't even know if I'll really like my own body when I have a substantial amount of muscle) It helped him cut down on bodyfat for sure but he didn't really gain much if anything, and he had a decent base of muscle to start out on. So if you're decently muscled under flabs then I'd say go for it, if you're just skinny-fat I'd say to lift. No, I believe I am decently muscled. I want to lose the weight before I make any real gains. I'm a pretty damn big guy to begin with.

I only recently started using them (only did it twice so far), and only for my max. It's a lot better for me when doing 300 pounds since really the only reason I'm always afraid to do that one extra rep is I can feel my hands slipping =/
There are plenty of other P90X stories that turned out well and showed results. It's always hard to tell if it's a gimmick or not, but it looks to be the most legit of the TV advertised plans. I want someone to walk me through the exercises and routines because I'm not informed enough to do it myself. I would seriously pay $100 than spend hours upon hours scouring the internet for facts on nutrition. Googling that kind of shit is like never credible and they all say a million different things. I want something that has shown results and has a method.

I knew some people that used p90x and got good results so go for it. I meant just when asking for diet/workout/science of working out advice bb is often misinformed. And the biggest guys there all take prohormones/steroids lol

Best thing is seeing normal sized kids progress pics after like 3 years, then they explode in size and say `yeah the PH only helped a bit`
I'm having serious issues getting to 180 pounds. I guess the only real thing i need to do is eat more but it's hard with college classes, clubs, and friends. Any one have good recommendations for good bulking healthy food that i can take with me?
