Training with heavy weights gives you strength but often stiffens your muscles, which is bad for your punch power. You should get a heavy punch bag too.
Also technique matters alot.

since i can't walk around naked/shirtless at -10 degrees it seems kinda pointless for me.

yeah man, I used to get like 6 hours of sleep and workout almost every single day (did this for a month or so), got totally drained and with all the work at university and my job I was just completely out of it. now I started to sleep 7-8 hours a day, eat more, workout only every second day, etc.
feeling quite a bit better

it's 3 weeks lame ass, and the benefit is increased muscle gain on the rebound and elevated T-levels. That's totally a bad thing.

Ugh. I've been draggy for the past couple days. I'm supposed to go to the gym today, but I'm really not feeling up for it. I last went Wednesday, but I only made it about halfway through my routine. I'm tiring really quickly. Probably I'm just not eating enough, don't you think? I've been kind of short on food lately, and what food [i]is[/i] available isn't exactly dietitian-approved.
It's not a lack of motivation, really. Even after only a short time, I've been seeing results, and because of it I've been really enjoying going to the gym. I've just felt dead the past few days!

bros if you're going to stuff yourselves with shit, g-flux like a motherfucker: more training sessions, and more activity in general. Go for recovery walks every morning when you get up, do a sprint session maybe twice a week, do some form of exercise every day.
I train 6 days a week and I don't eat THAT much.
Been bulking for a while now and I didn't notice much fat gain and my 6-pack is still there.
Guess I'm doing it right then.
Well durrr if you're already that lean then you don't need to lean out.

i get about as much as i can. Prob around 7-8 on the week and the weekends obviously tend to be longer. I'm glad to hear you found a good amount for you though. Good job, man.

It could def be a lack of food. Do make sure you're atleast getting some healthy food everyday. Maybe even try getting some raw vegetables. People don't typically associate that with weight lifting but they are vitamin rich and highly energizing.
It could also be that you've been really busy/stressed which can cause a lot of mental and bodily fatigue. I've actually found that even when i dread going to the gym that once i start i become much more energized and feel a ton better. So next time you don't feel up to going just try to force yourself to anyway and maybe it will help your mood overall.

When I do my pushups, I find it hard to find time to breathe because how tense I become, how can I fix this without having to pause every 20 push?
When I go to the swimming hall, I always get cramps in my feet when I swim faster, it's annoying as fuck, wat do?
I haven't been able to work out for a week already. Fucking snow days and Thanksgiving break have been keeping me from the gym.

the testosterone increase is very temporary, lasting maybe 24 hours, it's not like it really helps that much

For push ups try inhaling every time you go down and exhaling every time you push up.
Try eating more bananas. That will help prevent lactic acid build up which is a big cause of cramps. Also possibly stretching more before would do you good too.
