This class starts at 9, it just takes me 2 hours to get to campus, which sucks

Oh and I deadlifted 315 for reps the other day yay

UPDATE: just had the best and worst workout of my life. during the workout I felt fucking amazing and set PR`s everywhere, close to the end and more so now (45 mins later) I feel extremely nauseous and bad, fml, I guess that means it was a good workout lol. This Dymatize Xpand sample is ridiculous, I`ve tried NO before but this is crazy, I don`t know if I`ll have another sample ever again lol

Hey guys I'm about 6'1 weigh 145 pounds and I want to put on about 15 pounds of muscle before soccer season in 3 months. Is this doable and also any recommended workouts or tips?

Don't make the mistake of getting a huge chest if it's only going to weigh you down in soccer.

I did around 30 push-ups every night for about 2 months, and now the only big muscles on my body are my arms and my pecks.
