yea normally I can only run for ~30min though I can play frisbee or football for hours

I love my Local Gym go 4 times a week, but It's not always available and quite far from my house.

remember, if you`re not overweight then too much cardio is also possible, it can make you lose muscles along with fat so it can actually have a bad effect on your working out

I honestly lost 60 pounds over the summer.
30 pounds from exercise and 30 pounds from a rapid growth, grew 6 inches in ~2 months.
But i did go through 10 days of intensive JROTC summer camp where our asses did PT for 30 minutes at 3 AM because our night guard forgot to wake the next person up.
