Ugh, time to step up the gym and better eating. I tried on pants today, and i'm wearing a 36. 2 years ago i wore a 34. Time to get back down to size, so i can wear old jeans. Hooray heart healthy cheapness!

Would like some feedback Monday-chest/ shoulders bench (alternate each week from dumbbell to bar) incline bench shoulder press (alternate between bar and dumbbells (don't do bar on the same day as bar on bench) flies (cable or dumbbell) shrugs incline flies arnold press pull overs/ shoulder raise (front or sides) tuesday rest wednesday back/ bi/ forearms preacher curls (or standing bar curls) pull ups wide grip (weighted) endurance curls rows hammer curls pull ups close grip (weighted) incline curls laying rows or bent over rows reverse curls pronator/supinator curls wrist/reverse wrist curls thursday tris/abs skull crushers windshield wipers dips close gripped (weighted) decline twist ups (weighted) cables or dumbbells for tris (interchange between abs for each exercise) kick outs (weighted) friday rest saturday legs/ lower back squats deadlifts calf raises lunges standing calf raise power squats leg extension/ ham curl super set.
