Try an alternating powergrip.
Otherwise just work on your forearms until you can actually max your weight.

I use straps SOMETIMES but usually not
I do mixed grip, but I've been watching a bunch of videos where they say mixed grip is bad because the bicep that is on the arm with the palm facing up during the grip has a high possiblity of tearing under a lot of weight. saw videos of it happening, shit's nasty

yeah but rock climbing helps only so much of strength. 300+ lbs is what i typically do and i just feel like my lower back could do like one or two more reps and shit

if you eat at a calorie defecit, do daily cardio and drink a lot of water, than 1-2 months would be a healthy loss (just a guess, different for all people)

yes u did. and maybe, if I have another workout that ends up lasting long enough after everyone leaves to film again. (That is when I filmed my bitchpress)
btw for DL i typically just do the normal gripping. Does mixed grip make it easier? (disregarding the bicep tearing shit)
I believe mixed grip helps a lot when your forearms cant handle just a plain overhand grip but I'm not really sure, I've never had issues with grip.

It just makes it easier to focus on the exercise rather than your grip, it doesn`t really help that much with weight but I can do way more reps with mixed vs. normal

I saw a video of Arnold and you can see he actually loses size from the beginning of the 70's due to having to film and such. Even for 'Pumping Iron' he got way smaller than the year before. His lats were HUGE and then by '80 they disappeared. Where did they go? :iiam:
