Honestly, I would LOVE to film myself squatting to see my form and weak points, or my deadlift or even my bench, but with people around it would just be awkward as hell. Was in this thread a few months back. Was hitting the gym three times a week up until I began swim season in mid november. Now I only weight-lift on rare occasions because I am so busy with swimming. But I finally tested my maxes. Squat: 190 Bench: 180 Deadlife: 200 Which was above my expected maxes I posted in this thread many pages back so I am happy. Can't wait til I start being able to go back to the gym more regularly once my swim season is over.

I work full-time in the summer so I can barely workout as much as I want (landscaping/construction, too exhausted to work out after 14 hours of that), hopefully this summer I can do something else so I can workout everyday but the thing with not working and doing other physical activity is that you will lose A LOT less strength/mass vs. not working out and doing something that doesn't involve physical activity I'm a swimmer too, working out actually made me quite a bit faster on my sprints but my endurance swims kind of went down lol

But I have benched all my life and before I knew anything about strength training/body building I used to just do benches and curls and shit like a typical know-nothing moron.
