I don't have a squat rack or whatever you call them so I can't really do any heavy barbell squats without breaking my arms and back. Do dumbbell squats work just as good? How much weight should i put on?

dumbbell squats will be harder on the rest of your body (whereas bar leans on your back, relatively worry-free)
really to get the full effect just go to the gym or buy a rack, sadly I don`t think there`s a way around it

ALSO, if you are worried about not having a rack, try doing front squats, that way when you're done it's a lot easier to get your arms on the bar and set it down
my dumbbells can go up to 40kg, maybe more.

5-6 gym days a week. Abs go anywhere, usually every second day. Anything I should change?
