Yeah I want to personally punt it over 50 yards, I'm at about 40 right now, and the average height and weight and the college I am looking at for school (two years from now) I should be six foot and 180 pounds.
Well, stick to compound lifts and explosive movements and eat and rest a lot. The road ahead of you is a long one but if you stick through it I`m sure you`ll be able to do it
65 pounds is a lot so you will have to eat A LOT and train really really hard so you don`t put on a lot of fat

Yeah my hips are kind of wide as well, feelsbadman.jpg
getting bigger shoulders and back would help you quite a bit too, you would be broader

Yeah that makes sense. My first official workout was yesterday, so I am incredibly sore. I run 8 miles everyday (4 in the morning and 4 in the evening) I've been following the 100 pushup challenge website, but I finished during my last session so I don't know what to do now. But so far I do....
4xfailure Single Arm Row
4xfailure Upright Rows
4x20 Dips
4xfailure French presses
4xfailure Seated shoulder presses
thats...what I did yesterday, I really don't know what I should be doing haha.
you should start doing a beginner split for about three months
something like this:
day1-chest, shoulder, tris
day2- rest
day3-back,bi's, forearms
day4-rest
day5-legs, lowerback
day6-rest
day7-rest

Hmm, for biceps, would it be better to use the pull-up bar, or do weighted curls, I can't do that many pull-ups (about 5 is my current max)
i'd recommend doing both. pull ups work bi's and back while curls work just bi's

flies
pull overs
one or two handed tricep extension
back bi's and forearms
pull ups
curls
bent over rows
hammer curls
lying row
wrist curls
reverse wrist curls
legs and lower back
squats (if your weights aren't heavy enough for you to feel it try doing jumping squats)
deadlifts (your weights may be to light for this)
lunges
calf raises
reverse sit ups or supermans
Wow I managed to rape my entire back, traps, forearms and abs at my back/bis workout yesterday.

Is gatorade good for you even if your not working out. I think it is but some people say it is bad for you cause of the sugar. Is it?

you need electrolytes and such after your workout, and it`s not bad for you compared to pop or something but it is worse than water because of the sugar, I don`t see any benefit in it if you drink it when you didn`t just workout or are working out but then again most things you drink are like that too

I can only do 1 pull-up and it's only if I jump into it. Any any help on how to improve my ability to do pull-ups?
Makes me feel fucking weak when my friend who is 20 pounds smaller than me does ten pull-ups.

You gotta get your arms stronger, and your upper body, do you know how much you can curl, cause that should help.
