If you're not getting the size you want then you're not pushing hard enough. Start your lat pulldowns with +10kg on top of what you think you can lift, you need only do 3-4 reps before carrying on with your usual weight and sets. If you're not increasing the weight often enough then your body will not need to create new muscle, only tone what is already there. You should always be out of your comfort zone and pushing harder each week or you'll be waiting ages to see results.
i just finished my tri and ab work out. I upp'd weight and reps in about everything. Also, does anyone else increase weight each set? I've found that very helpful for me. Thoughts?

I do 12 plates in total for reps of 10 (6 plates per side) I remember people telling me "dude I can leg press 200" and I was like "HOLY SHIT" and then I started doing leg press, lol
honestly my legs are what I need to work on most. the gym i work out at(at my high school) does not have any good leg presses though(which is crazy because we have about 10 benches but none of them have leg press attachments)
