Wait, so you live in a dorm in the military... you are surrounded by wow nerds all day... and you actually become LESS active AFTER joining the military? What the hell is going on here?
Sorry, it may have sounded weird. The Air Force has two sides. I'm in an avionics job so we get a few nerds. Most in my shop though spend all their time working out, and the others are on the other side of the spectrum who stay inside all day. I'm stuck in between. I shoot my bow often and such but I'm scrawny really.. and since works been a bit rough recently I don't run anymore. The activeness stopped when we went to 12 hour shifts. Work/eat/sleep is what it turns into. There's no really muscle builiding activity there like running with friends or doing projects. I think that makes sense. Edit: Thanks for the work out. I really appreciate it. I'll start it tomorrow. For reps should I do 10 of each 3 times with I don't know.. a minute in between?

Not that I was planning on joining the AF, but you never know, the military is always hiring. In two years I'll be able to enlist as an officer, and by then I should for sure have the strength and endurance for the best ptf scores. Officers get paid pretty well...

And the recommend time to rest between sets is something like 1-2 minutes

Not too many.. depends on the job though. I highly suggest it! Officers do make bank.. and if you pick the right field you'll be SET for when you get out. Degree + military background = you're pretty much hired. I don't want to get to off topic but if you feel like entertaining the thought PM me with what you're interested in and I can try to ask around and see if it's a good job/idea or not.

I'm hungry but don't want to go downstairs. This is a dilemma. What should i do?
eat some of your bicep, it will just grow back after some curls oh and talking about eating, it`s so frickin hard to eat on my rest days, bulking is hard when you`re not doing much. like on a workout day I`ll have my 5 meals no problem, even chicken breast in between but today I barely got in 3.5 meals
Bodyweight exercises: 15 pull ups 20 dips 8 medicine ball pushups 30 seconds L Seat Trying handstand push ups
Bench presses are all kinds of hard when using a bar. I've been using dumbbells and machines, whatever was available, but haven't tried bars until just now. It's pretty difficult to keep the fucker in place.

I disagree. I can do much more weight using dumbbells. Probably because I haven't gotten used to a bar.
at the gym it`s usually steam rooms at my house I have a dry sauna that goes to 80 degrees celsius
Steam rooms, duh. I finally decided to start going to gym regularly, and bought a 3 month gym card. I was going to get the 6 month card straight away, but for some unknown reason I decided to take the 3 month instead. So far I've managed to keep myself fit by exercising at home. I took a few sort of progress pictures and compared them with some from a year back and even though I'm still a small guy (64 kg) laughed out loud how tiny I was. I don't like posting em here though. I'm probably going to try to get a little bigger too, although I prefer muscle stamina over size.
So if I burn the same amount of calories I consume by weightlifting, I get "bulked up"?
I'm doing chest today after not going to the gym since two Thursdays ago (a week+) wish me luck.
So if I burn the same amount of calories I consume by weightlifting, I get "bulked up"?
You need to eat more calories than you consume.
You need to eat more calories than you consume.
You mean eat more than I burn?
You mean eat more than I burn?
yes
I know its not bodybuilding or weightlifting, but knocked off 110 seconds off my mile in 3 weeks :). I'm a really shitty runner for my weight.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnDif3f6H9M come at me bro
haha seen this shit way too many times zyzz is a funny guy, and even though he did roids, gotta give props to him cause he did it right (most of his friends did them too but they don`t look nearly as aesthetic)
I didn't have a good workout today. I was feeling sick and exhausted all day (probably have a cold) and I had a lot of trouble doing my lifts. Having a leg day wasn't helping either, since squats and dead-lift are the most strenuous exercises, in my opinion. Really, I'm eager to go to sleep.
I disagree. I can do much more weight using dumbbells. Probably because I haven't gotten used to a bar.
just takes some getting used to. Bench press with the bar is "easier" because it requires less stability than dumbbells. Once you do it several times you'll be able to up weight p quickly [editline]3rd January 2011[/editline] i had a good chest work out today. I upp'd weight on everything. I hurt my shoulder a bit on my last set of pull overs but it was the last thing i had to do and it doesn't seem to be serious. [editline]3rd January 2011[/editline] Also, i mixed my whey protein with 2% milk instead of skim. I guess what i want to know is: Am i going to die? [editline]3rd January 2011[/editline]
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnDif3f6H9M come at me bro
Come in me, bro [editline]3rd January 2011[/editline] Wow, zyzz is gayer than me
Returned to my normal schedule, finally. Upped my weights slightly too. 3 weeks of p90x remaining, after that I'll do some makeshift schedule so that I won't need to fiddle with my TV every time I want to do the excercises.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnDif3f6H9M come at me bro
hahaha mad cunt, his body is my goal body, good proportions, lean as, looks great not "too big" if you get what I mean, the best thing is his body is achievable with the right dedication, I wont be using roids though.. him and Josef Rakich have some of the best builds ive seen (no homo)
I agree that i would like to have around the size and build of his body. He's such a cunt, though.
haha seen this shit way too many times zyzz is a funny guy, and even though he did roids, gotta give props to him cause he did it right (most of his friends did them too but they don`t look nearly as aesthetic)
If he uses roids it doesn't matter how strong he is, he is still a pussy on the inside because he can't achieve success without cheating at it
