not to burst your bubble but that body is pretty hard to achieve without roids, low bodyfat at over 200 pounds, and he has some crazy genetics (not nuthugging) but srs it took him like 2-3 years to do that with roids I think I think without would probably be twice as long? oh and today I worked out after 2 days of rest and one crazy partying day, shit sucks, so little motivation and all my lifts sucked lol
Actually he was pretty built before he took roids, and that was 1 and 1/2 years without them, anyway check this guy out hes natty 2 1/2 years and he went from 60kg ecto to this: http://www.simplyshredded.com/josef-rakich-interview.html He is more inspirational to me than Zyzz.

I mean of course he has to do a lot to reach that shape. I believe if I now start a steady gym routine (3 times a week) on top of my regular habits, as I am planning to do, and keep it up for two years, I'm not that far from it. Although I wouldn't want to have that small fat%. He isn't so big, and he just has no fat. Or maby I'm just just misinformed and utopian.
Wow, zyzz is gayer than me
this He has one of the best builds I've ever seen (no homo) but dayum, he acts like a complete faggot all the time.
I think he looks all kinds of weird. He should stop shaving his body like some teenage girl. If you're going to get big muscles because you want to look masculine, why the fuck would you shave your chest etc?
Women often don't like hair these days. Do the scandinavian hunks don't have any chest hair?
women are gay

[editline]4th January 2011[/editline] Also guys how is my chest workout routine looking: 1x15 Push-ups (warm-up) 2x12 Dumbbell Press 6x12 Dumbbell Fly (although the last set consists mostly of failure after the 1st rep lol) Anything I should improve or add? Keep in mind that I don't have a barbell so Bench Press goes out of question.
I always wondered.. Pain in your muscles the next day, is it a good thing 'cause it means they're growing or is it bad because you overdid yourself?
I used to go to the gym, until my doctor said I can't because I have back problems. So I just work out at home.
I always wondered.. Pain in your muscles the next day, is it a good thing 'cause it means they're growing or is it bad because you overdid yourself?
It depends what kind of pain, you can notice it very easily. If it feels like a 'burn' or a 'pump' it's normal. If it's more like a stinging pain, targeting a specific point in your muscles it might be an injury. Of course I can not be completely sure since I'm not a doctor and not examening you.
Muscles have near to no use when covered under hair. Some girls like it, some girls don't; in the end you do what she wants eventhough she is completely wrong because you'll be rewarded for that. About your routine, you could add some incline-, decline presses/flys and some pullovers.
It's always like if you use the muscle or press it, it hurts a little. I wouldn't describe it as a burn or a pump and I'm 99% sure it's also not an injury. Google translator translated the dutch word for it to myalgia, if that helps any.
So you're dutch? That makes two of us. :v: Spierpijn = fijn. Ik zou het beschrijven als een brandende pijn of een 'pump': gepompt gevoel alsof je spieren op exploderen staan.
I always wondered.. Pain in your muscles the next day, is it a good thing 'cause it means they're growing or is it bad because you overdid yourself?
It's good. It means your muscles took a beating and are repairing. In fact, today, my lower back and legs are pretty damn sore from those dead-lifts and squats I did yesterday. Don't use soreness to judge how good your workout was though.
new pics?
I've posted these in the thread before so i assumed everyone saw them but here you go: [IMG_thumb]http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/ss173/LeaveItToBinsky/PC111096.jpg[/IMG_thumb] [IMG_thumb]http://i573.photobucket.com/albums/ss173/LeaveItToBinsky/PC111095.jpg[/IMG_thumb] [editline]4th January 2011[/editline]
I used to go to the gym, until my doctor said I can't because I have back problems. I'm going for the girls here so I'm definitely shaving that. Also incline/decline stuff goes out of question due to the lack of a bench.
Nothing like getting insanely sweaty before hopping in the shower. I mean, you're going to take a shower anyways, take a half hour and do some vigorous exercise. It doesn't hurt. Much.

Also try changing your grip, for example hammer grip dumbell press. [editline].[/editline] Oh, and don't forget the pullovers I already mentioned before. :v:
If he uses roids it doesn't matter how strong he is, he is still a pussy on the inside because he can't achieve success without cheating at it
How can you cheat when the only competitor is yourself? [editline]4th January 2011[/editline] I wouldn't do roids either but I think referring to them as "cheating" is kind of stupid. It's cheating in sports where you're not allowed to use roids, not when you're just bodybuilding as a hobby.
I think roids aren't worth it but if someone wants to do it and fuck up their body i figure they can do what they want [editline]4th January 2011[/editline] just finished playing two set of tennis. i won both of them 6-0 and 6-1 :smug:
LOL zyzz was a skinny fuck, one of the skinniest kids I`ve seen [img_thumb]http://i55.tinypic.com/2d12p0o.jpg[/img_thumb]
Oh so he only got strong cause of steroids, lame.
Not just because he used roids but yeah they helped
Oh so he only got strong cause of steroids, lame.
That wasn't him pre roids that was him pre-working out. He was decent sized before he started cycling.
Zyzz may have a good body and shit but i've seen several people who are stronger and bigger who aren't dickholes. I don't understand why he became so big on the internet [editline]4th January 2011[/editline] Wow what a shit page king [editline]4th January 2011[/editline] i went climbing the day before yesterday and i'm still sore because i haven't been in awhile. I have back bi's and forearms. What should i do? I was thinking about switching that day with tri's and abs but i did chest and shoulders yesterday and idk if my tri's are ready but at this rate they're prob more ready then my bi's and forearms. Thoughts/opinions?
So i grabbed some cheep dumbbells to keep in my room for days when i can't (Sick like now, i can barely breathe through my nose) or don't want to (homework :( ) go to the gym. They aren't much, if i combine all the heavy weights i will have about 30 pounds. But i figure it's not a bad thing to have at home. I can still work out a little bit. Granted i can't do as much as i can at the gym, it will at least help.
i have dumbbells like that and together equate to the same weight. Sadly, i never use them because it's just really hard to have a good work out with such little weight. You may be able to find more of a use for than i have
