I had a set of 12kgs and a set of 5kgs dumbbells in the shed, I ended up electrical taping them together when I didnt want to go to the gym... lol.

My college schedule fell in to place that all my classes start 12:30pm, I'll probably be arriving like at 8:30 or so every day at least for the amazing gym. It's top notch compared to my dumbbells and pullup bar at home, my 50 pound dumbbells only go so far for certain exercises. (deadlifts and benching etc).

fifty is still not bad for at-home dumbbells. My neighborhood gym only goes to fifty five. Oh god i just looked at my empty bowl from dinner and there was a bug in it. It's prob because he thinks it will bring in new members especially since there are going to be an influx with new years resolution people and ab coasters are retardedly well known and people actually think they do something. And yeah my neighborhood gym does suck but with some creativity it's not terrible. There are still barbells and plenty of weight plates. Regardless, i really can't wait to be back at the uni

On Pandora, fliers etc. that's pretty smart actually.
yup, sadly it's pretty much all a scam. Most of the new years resolution people don't last more than a month or two. The real dedicated people don't need some formal beginning they simply see a flaw and want to change it. What are some good foods to eat for protein, and how much do you need to eat? I haven't paid any attention to my diet, and I would like to know what are some good foods to eat after you work out. I know tuna, eggs and beans are good, what else?
Oats, whole bread, and nuts Also, you may want some high potassium foods like bananas, blue berries, strawberries etc. That will help your muscles not be in so much pain the day after and such

And for the guy who said Zyzz didnt get big untill he was on roids this is him 1 1/2 years working out natural it was after this point that he took roids. I expected him to look better pre-roids. It seems genetics only work well in his favor when he's really big. Unless he just doesn't look as good because of the awkward posing in the right two pics.
I don't see why he wasn't satisfied being natural. Imo he looks ridiculous post roids.

am i allowed to post homo-erotic progress pics in this thread? it's been approximately 1 year using the gym and i've been recording my progress every few months to motivate myself. i'm pleased with my progress but i wish i didn't half-ass most of the year, i only started using a proper schedule and diet like 3 months ago and i've been progressing so much faster than i have when i started.
