Why does everyone speak so negatively about themselves. I'm sure your face looks fine.
You're body isn't half bad you do have shape. The only advice I can give from the pics are to keep going at it. If I could see your split I'd probably be able to help more.
Also, fire emblem was a quality game
After my P90X program is over I'll put the before and after pics here and you can try and guess which one is before and which one is after :P There's practically no difference when taking a photo with flash from front.
There are so many things wrong with me, I appear to have some sort of back problems? Idk. I know I have back problems but I am not sure what they are. I always have lower back pain.
Check your form with your workouts, especially dead lift and squats. Those can really mess up your back, make sure you're not rolling forward on your squats and that you're not lifting too much with your back on your dead lift.

Sorry low self steem here also, my face doesn't fit my body. I've been at the Gym for 5-6 months now, and yes I will keep going for years.
I'm 19, and my height is only 163 cm. My weight only 56 kg.
Oh yes, Fire Emblem was sweet.
I really want professional advice. My split? What's that?

I had back problems long before I went to the Gym, also I was really out of shape.
[editline]8th January 2011[/editline]
your work out schedule
Mon, wed and friday, I work on Back, Shoulders, biceps and legs.
Tuesday, thursday and saturday, I work on chest and abdominals.
That was on 2010.
As of 2011, my shedule goes like this.
Mon, Wed and friday, Back, Chest, (by this time I feel too weak to do shoulder work out) then biceps, then abs, then legs.
The rest of the week, I rest.
You may want to see your doctor about the back problems if you haven't already. It could be scoliosis.

Your schedule is too spread out. You should do something like
1 back, bis, forearms
2 chest, shoulders tris
3 legs, lower back
and throw some rest days in between
and then try to throw abs in and work them 2-3 times a week
You may want to see your doctor about the back problems if you haven't already. It could be scoliosis.
I did went to 6 doctors, all of them came up with a different 'problem'. Doctors in Mexico are a FRAUD. You're lucky to live, wherever you live. You can't trust doctors over here.
All of them, told me to never go to Gym. And they kept making money out of the studies.
I was diagnosed Hyperlordosis by one. Rotoscoliosis by another... and a lot of bullshit.
I'm sorry to here that. Just try to be easy on your back and maybe stretch it more. I honestly have no idea what to tell you, confidently, because when it comes to the back it can be something small or something really serious.
Bleach you look like you could eat me.
That's a compliment by the way.
I'm the opposite from you face hating guys :P My face is fine but my body is completely disproportional to it :P
I am fine with my face
[editline]8th January 2011[/editline]
I just don't like including it in body pictures.
I'm fine with myself as well. I hate how people look down on themselves so often :\
I look like Harry Potter.

I talk shit about how I looked 4 months ago. And probably will talk shit about how I look now 4 months from now.
Thanks for the comments guys.
I live near in Illinois. Also for big shoulders you guys should really work in some clean/powerclean/hang cleans into your workout.
And for all you guys on Zyzz's nuts, here's his friends who's nuts you should be on:

this is how you use roids properly
you prob want to take decline out instead of incline. The upper pecs don't get worked as much
I think you should do both, I hear a lot of bodybuilders saying that decline gives them that separation of chest from body at the bottom which really helps the chest look bigger

i agree. I interchange where decline goes. I'm just saying if you have to take one out that you'd prob want to take out decline
I'm getting a new protein shake pretty soon since I'm running out. What's a good, low calorie shake?
I'm considering getting this:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/gn/myofusion.html
Because I've heard it's good, but it's higher calorie than my last shake. I want to lost fat while still gaining muscle. What would you guys recommend?
I only take 1 scoop in 1 cup of skim milk per day (maybe switching to water to reduce calories since I've heard this tastes good in it).
And another question:
How are incline and decline bench press different from normal bench press? Should I put them into my workouts?
Get myofusion instead of ON, I think ON has mostly whey isolate whereas myofusion has whey, egg and milk proteins (slow AND fast digesting) so it pretty much works all day. Tastes good with water too.
I don't know if you guys do this, but I don't even do protein shakes anymore, except after workouts sometimes. I just get some greek yogurt( 18g protein and very little, if any fat) and mix in some protein for a super concentrated awesome protein ectoplasm. Mix in some grains and your set, 400cals and about 50g of protein and a bunch of other goodies.
Sounds like a good idea, but I find protien shakes just so easy to get the calories I need, I might start doing this as well as my regular shakes.
Whoa holy fuckin shit bleach i didn't even notice where you said you're 15.
How in the fuck did you get that big at 15.

genetics? lots of eating?
oh and protein is just so much easier than everything else cause after my workout I just want to rest, and protein is a quick and relatively easy to drink thing, not some huge thing which takes time and energy to eat
protein right after workout, big meal with lots of carbs and calories 30 mins after=profit
We maxed out on power cleans for football this past Friday and I managed to hit 125.
Keep in mind I haven't lifted in a month since we maxed, and I'm only a 14 years old at 150 lbs as a freshman. I surprised my self and I was happy.
But some people my age managed to hit 180 :(. Ah well I see it as improvement, cause in the summer i managed to hit 75.
I did deadlifts today and since I was the only one in the gym i could yell in agonizing pain while i lifted in peace.

If it's any consolation, i'm 24, 205ibs, and i doubt i could do that.
Awesome work.

Some of the people here probably spend a thousand dollars a month on this stuff

What a crazy thread.
bleach that is a crazy build at only 15. very impressive.
i need help with doing squats, i can't get my form right and i always feel really uncomfortable.
how am i supposed to position the bar behind my neck? i find wherever i place it, it's always digging into my spine or killing my neck. i can't even go higher than 30kg because it's so uncomfortable, and on that note i can't even lift the barbell from the floor to behind my head if it's above 40kg (although this is mostly a concern with military lifts)
should i just practice more and i'll get used to it? it's only my third time doing squats
Well when I started I always put the barbell on my neck/shoulders and it hurt like a bitch.
Then I realized you're supposed to hold it on your back
