Status report after today: my legs hurt so fucking much after this morning.
And rubgy practice didn't help out that much either. I squatted alot this morning. 4 sets of 10 on 155. Did 3 sets of 10 on bench and power clean, but our coach likes to emphasize on squats alot.
Just ate chicken and rice earlier, and some muscle milk. Now I'm relaxing doing espanol homework.
Look into optimum nutritions whey protein. A bit cheaper than Muscle Milk. I think it works better too, but thats just me.
Oh, should we post pics of progress?
Regular labor in form of shoveling snow isn't anything to shrug at. Imagine 5 inches of wet snow and a big driveway, that's a terrible amount of work to do. Busts my back usually, which isn't too nice. My back loves to become unraveled at the oddest movements and moments.
Lulz tommorows going to be fun.
Got me powercleans, then I got 5 reps of 10 rep squats going from 265 to 305, increasing 10lbs every set. Then I got other shit after I can't remember.
Then I got speed training and shit, my legs gun be fried.
Double Post

shovelling snow's where its at
Shovelled my driveway and 2 of my neighbor's driveways cause they were out of town. My back, arms and legs are fucked but I feel amazing.
The worst is having to use a short shovel while you're 6'4". Killed my back this winter.
What is this snow you speak of? All I know is sunshine and humid weather.
~progress time~
1 year before starting gym; only thing i did around this time was sit-ups, push-ups, and curl 7kg weights in my room.

1 year of using the gym in my garage + around 2 of those weeks in a proper gym

Looks like you've achieved as much progress as me in that last picture.
Skinny people have it easy, you look muscley even if you weren't strong :P Us fatties show no musle even if there was some (especially stomach region).
Thinking about buying this

Kettler Delta
I think it looks pretty good. I also have a pull up bar. What else would I need for a decent upper body workout?

That's a really nice set. With that and the pull-up bar, you're good to go.
Have a look at this site if you haven't already. Probably the most useful site there is for finding exercises suitable for what equipment you have.

Finally.
My chest is starting to actually look like a chest instead of nipples on a ribcage

That's a great site. Thanks a lot.
What are the benefits of decline and incline when doing bench presses and shit?
Your pecs are actually a muscle group, and incline and decline work different parts of the pec.
I forget the names, but that's it.
You don't really need decline bench, incline (the one where you sit up a little more) and flat are good, but try them out anyways.
Pectorals major and minor
Well, the bicep video showed its power now that I have the upped weights, I can barely stuff food into my mouth now :P
Oh god

oh and budsoonce even your 1 year before picture is good, you have the perfect bodytype for working out
get huge, don't let us down!!
noxplode is absolutely amazing.
I'm still fucking bouncing off the walls after my workout and I feel like I could deadlift a small hawaiian family right now.
Status report: my whole body is sore.
This is what I get for not doing some serious lifting for a month.

first time taking a NO supp I assume?
sadly, that feeling will fear off pretty quick and you'll have to use more and more to get the same effect
I had a bunch of samples and after like 5 uses I didn't really feel it, the first time was crazy though, I increased my 1rm for everything lol
I still have a bunch of NO samples left (superpump, no xplode, 1MR, etc. etc.) got them when I bought protein and didn't use them really. They're really useful on days when you max out but also make you feel like shit sometimes. Scratch that, a LOT of times.

I appear to have one large, round muscle in the abdominal region.
So some improvements so far. Personally I believe my physique is improving along with my running endurance. I know this is a bodybuilding thread but for the first time today, I was able to run a mile without stopping (this is pretty pathetic for my weight).
Also I just checked my weight
I gained 4 pounds in 3 day. Yes.
Damnit, i'm finally feeling well though to go to the gym, but i only have enough gas to go to work and pick up my check tomorrow. Oh well.
Guess it will be a nice after work workout.
I had an okay workout today, did squat, bench, powercleans ect.
Bench and squat was pretty bad, but I attribute this to a new program and doing them a few days earlier.
However I had a shit cardio workout today.
