Well since I'm only 160 and eating 5k calories a day now being chubby by april is inevitable. Let's just hope I also make some significant muscle gains along with the chub eh?
yeah I`m already getting a bit chubby, when I hit 185 I`ll stop [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] Oh and binsky what was your major before you switched [editline]14th January 2011[/editline] and it`s good to hear that me and you are on the same page perfum, don`t wanna be the only one getting semi-chub before the cut
It sounded like you were suggesting our ancestors could eat that much if they split it up 3 meals a day. I'm only 160lbs (6'0") but I just recently this week really started getting serious about bulking. Before I started this diet I was eating maybe 2000-3000 calories a day and now I'm nearing 5,000 every day.
Only 160? Lightweight!
Then how come you're still here, if it was meant to be? How come your ancestors did it, like.. 99% of mammals on the planet? Also per, were you feeling 3000 cals weren't nearly enough?
I plateaued at 160lbs for a month when I was eating 3000 cals.
I just realized I'm the living proof that Weightlifting does not stunt growth. I was 6'0 last year when I started, I'm 6'1 now. :buddy: I really hope my growth spurt stops now, I don't feel like filling out a 6'3 frame.
holy fuck this sandwich is good. 4oz of cheese 3 oz of turkey in between some whole grain bread with spicy mustard REPRSENT

You should be happy to hit 6'3, if you train along with that height you'll become a beast.
holy fuck this sandwich is good. 4oz of cheese 3 oz of turkey in between some whole grain bread with spicy mustard REPRSENT
Damnit, now I'm hungry.
Yeah I know that from one perspective it'd be awesome because you're tall as fuck, what's not to like? But shorter people need less muscle to look good and the taller ones therefore have to do way more work.

Uhh... I... tl;dr? even if I read that I probably wouldn't understand anything.
I plateaued at 160lbs for a month when I was eating 3000 cals.
I can eat like 2500 calories a day, while working out every other day (30-45 min) and still gain weight. It sucks.
Apparently it talks about how you can't isolate your 'inner chest' or one of the two parts of the pectoralis major when doing chest exercises, and you can only do exercises that work one part of the pec major

Share your tricep routine, I want to see what works for you.
Triceps usually consist of -Over head extensions with one dumbell-max at 85lbs for 6 reps -Rope pull downs-max at 130 lbs for 6 reps -Weighted dips-max at 70 lbs on a weight belt for 10 reps or 3 plates for dips between benches -I used to do skullcrushers but it was uncomfortable for my elbows- dunno how much i do All done with 12,10,8,6 reps with increasing weight ending on 6 reps.
All done in the same workout?
God dammit. I am 22lbs heavier than you and look like I weigh 40lbs less.

I'm on my second round of P90x. Considering taking pictures on my 19th birthday, which is about 3 weeks away. I don't have much to show off compared to some people in this thread but it's better then most kids I know at my age. *shrug*
holy fuck this sandwich is good. 4oz of cheese 3 oz of turkey in between some whole grain bread with spicy mustard REPRSENT
I wish I could have delicious sandwiches. All I can have on mine is 2 slices of fat free turkey, some mustard and maybe some spinach if we have some. I hate dieting.
I'm okay with bulking.
