Uhh... I... tl;dr? even if I read that I probably wouldn't understand anything.
High rep volume training increases your sarcoplasm size which increases your muscle size, with it it adds more room to water/carbs "storage". So with this you're gonna have more energy. Low rep volume training increases the size of your myofibril which is smaller than sarcoplasm, in other words you get more powerful but muscle size wont grow that much.

i give up doing squats. no matter how i position the bar behind my head it hurts. if i put it on my neck/traps or shoulders, it kills. i tried doing what someone said and position the bar behind my shoulders, but i can't even bring it that far back without hurting my shoulder joints. i tried doing dumbbell squats as well but the diameter of my heavier weights are too large so the dumbbells get in the way of my squats. i guess i should just stick to my girly leg extensions.

I'll only chalk up my hands when I do really heavy deadlift to get a better grip.

Dude theres nothing wrong using the pad, its still the same exercise just not cuttinginto your neck, its deffo safer with the pad. I think I need to get a strap my grip isnt exactly what I would like during deadlifts and so on.
Yeah, I'm not really being serious. I prefer to use none of those fancy accessories for my workouts though.
so guys are there any exercises that get rid of puffy nipples or should I just lose weight + water?
Anyone here do the Convict Conditioning program? Is it decent in terms of size gains?

How many push-ups should I do for my warm-up set?
till you get warmed up
so guys are there any exercises that get rid of puffy nipples or should I just lose weight + water?
not sure dude, if it`s actually gyno you could try some estrogen reducing pills, but I think the only surefire way is surgery or is it just puffy nipples? cause if it is, I think if you lose fat it would look way better [editline]16th January 2011[/editline]
http://www.facepunch.com/threads/944193-Workout-Thread?p=24571211&viewfull=1#post24571211
makes sense [editline]16th January 2011[/editline]
Anyone here do the Convict Conditioning program? [editline]16th January 2011[/editline]
How many push-ups should I do for my warm-up set?
I think the rule for warming up with weights was something like 65% of the heaviest weight you plan to do with that exercise or something (not too sure about the precentage but something like that) so I guess for pushups do like around half of the reps you try to do??? The basis of this is the fact that you don't want to get too tired but want a decent stretch
