i have big shoulders compared to the rest of my body. people even call me "that shoulder guy" because of my colossal shoulders. too bad they're not that strong though. perf borrow me your fukd shoulder genetics bro i want to be king for a day snort brotein off tits n shit
Maybe ur shoulders just look big because u are short ~heh~ Jk but yeah I dunno, my shoulders really aren't that big but for some reason they can move a lot of weight. [editline]20th January 2011[/editline]
I'm finally almost 180 only about three pounds to go.
grats ese I'm in the market for reaching 184-186 by april but naturally i will probably shave 12lbs of fat off from that or more.
hey guys, i'm pretty damn muscular already, but i want to cut off some fat that has been lingering around even after all the sports i play, anyone got any good diets/plans i can do? I don't weightlift as much as i used to, but i still do it 3 times a week. need some help
Lintels, beans, peanut butter (and jelly on wheat bread), bananas, strawberries, blue berries, asparagus, spinach, nuts, eggs, milk, etc
"That shoulders guy" I was (and am) "That big, fat guy" :P I've never seen anyone who's as tall as me and looks as heavy as me. It's half week of P90X remaining, I will post photos tomorrow after my weighing.
I'm not known as anything. :saddowns:
Or he just works his shoulders harder than you. I can't see how people can do heavy military press. I work out on 65 pounds. Then again, I've already said that I don't put much focus on my shoulders.
Even if he worked shoulders harder than me there still will be proportionality with strength, but I`m pretty sure we have very similar routines, and we also are close to the same body type and close to the same weight and eat the same (now that he started eating more) Oh yeah and my barbell military press sucks, I do 100 for reps but with dumbbells I do 50-55 for reps which is hella weird, probably cause I barely do the barbell and why don`t you work out your shoulders that hard? putting strain on each of your bodyparts is pretty bad, shoulders aren't THAT much worse although I agree they are more prone to injury, but just do it right lol. shoulders can do a lot to make you look huge [editline]20th January 2011[/editline]
I'm finally almost 180 only about three pounds to go.
dude I am pretty close to your weight now trying the hit the big 1 8 0 hooray, i`m around 175ish right now [editline]20th January 2011[/editline]
i have big shoulders compared to the rest of my body. people even call me "that shoulder guy" because of my colossal shoulders. too bad they're not that strong though. perf borrow me your fukd shoulder genetics bro i want to be king for a day snort brotein off tits n shit
my frnd sed dat if u werk out chest errday dat girls liek it but i told hem dat it was shoulderz and showd him dis thraed and now he dumbbells prsses his dad`s 10 pund dumbbells hes gonna be jcckeeddd [editline]20th January 2011[/editline]
I'm not known as anything. :saddowns:
people are mindfucked at how big my chest is good chest genetics or something I guess, I can`t really push any special amount of weight with it but it`s bigger than most of the people I know that workout, it looks crazy in real life it`s probably the only reason I still don`t look even semi chub at 175 lol [editline]20th January 2011[/editline]
hey guys, i'm pretty damn muscular already, but i want to cut off some fat that has been lingering around even after all the sports i play, anyone got any good diets/plans i can do? I used to do those for football. Probably some of my favorite lifts to do
never, I think those have way too high of a risk of injury
My chest is tiny VQ35HR, fuck you im jelly
I'm not known as anything. :saddowns:
you can be known as "that one guy who was trying to be binsky when perfum was actually binksy but then he changed back to perfum so now he's binksy" [editline]20th January 2011[/editline]
My chest is tiny VQ35HR, fuck you im jelly
dude its actually weird lately whenever I walk around people say "dude stop puffing out your chest" even though I'm not too bad I still have small arms, lol :saddowns: jelly of ur military press bro, how much have your lifts went up since you started pre workout supp and creatine ingestion?
Uhh my bench went up from like 160, my military press I never REALLY tried to max until today I was just chillin @ 120 until now. My deadlift went up 10lbs
dude
thread is on fire 2nite. Just like my back and chest right now. Started a new workout.
that's pretty good do you think it's more the creatine or the NO? have you finished your saturating phase with creatine yet where you take like 4 scoops a day lol
Going to admit I've been slacking off a bit but after having a talk with a doctor about some stuff I'm more motivated to get back to focusing on working out for my health and other reasons. Just bought some new dumbbells today since when helping my parents move a week ago I lost mine.

I was thinking it would be awesome to have all the shit that's at the gym at your house but now I realize a proper gym atmosphere plays a HUGE part in bodybuilding and working out. All my work outs at the gym have been like 10x better than ones at home, p sure this is why even Arnold went to a gym n shit
I really wish I had pictures from before I was working out when I was 190, now I'm at 210 and I kind of wish I could compare. Plus I don't have the money to have a membership at the moment. Just 5 more month of working out at home then when I graduate college and get a job I'll join a real gym.
that's pretty good do you think it's more the creatine or the NO? have you finished your saturating phase with creatine yet where you take like 4 scoops a day lol
I didn't do the loading phase because I read that over a month the difference isn't really noticable if you don't even bother with the loading phase. And I'm not really sure, I think the NOXplode has helped a lot, and I notice that I have more energy during a set because of the creatine.
Damn you this thread is moving fast. All my friends call my work out schedule Rob90x (my name is Rob) but other than that I have no real nickname type thing. Also, the gym I go to is always super busy and crowded and full of huge people. I saw one guy military press 315+. Shit was bananas.

The guy is covered in stretch marks and massive. It's super ridiculous/scary.
makes sense, make sure you`re motivated when you`re working out at home though, put on some music or something to stay IN THE ZONE :c00l:
I already have a playlist and some freakin' loud speakers, should be good enough to get in the ZONE.
The guy is covered in stretch marks and massive. It's super ridiculous/scary.
I have seen some crazy lifts but nothing like 315 shoulder press wtf isn`t that like world record territory
I already have a playlist and some freakin' loud speakers, should be good enough to get in the ZONE.
then you're set bro :c00lbert: squats has made me realize just how much I can push my body, now whenever I am tired at the end of a set I remember my last squatting day and how fuckin' awesome it felt to get that weight up even though I felt like I was totally done, just pushing as hard as I can helped me pump out a couple more reps today on most things just thinking of it [editline]20th January 2011[/editline]
No idea but next time i see him at the gym maybe i can snap a picture or something.
