obligatory winner for doing squats [editline]20th January 2011[/editline] Also, which is the better triceps exercise, skullcrushers or close grip bench press? Should I do both?
I love skullcrushers.

I think they're both good. I like close grip bench more because it's easier on the joints.
My dad's accomplishments in bodybuilding.
Other than bench press.
nope.avi Dumbbell exercises are generally way better for the chest than barbell so bench press goes out of question.

All my dad gave me was good genetics to become bear mode. :v:
nope.avi Dumbbell exercises are generally way better for the chest than barbell so bench press goes out of question.
Dumbbell bench press.
I think it would be skullcrushers since they isolate the tris more whenever I do close grip I still feel it in my chest but skulls is pretty awesome
With close grip bench press, I feel it all in my triceps, but then again, I have trouble feeling it when I work my chest.
having to take a shit after a leg day is the worst the worst i always free fall onto the toilet
I hate it when i have to work. Not only does my job entail standing for between 4 and 9 hours, but i have to constantly drop down to pull things out of the back of our cabinet coolers on the line. My manager looked at me the other day as i was clutching the door trying to pull myself back up and said, "What the fuck are you doing?" I just told him "dying..."
Strange, I squat less than I bench-press. Oh well, it's better for my back. I still don't own a special belt for my spine and special gloves to protect me wrists.
Strange, I squat less than I bench-press.
Johnny bravo mode achieved

You can clearly see you've lost weight. [editline]21st January 2011[/editline] What is the difference between doing crunches and sit ups? Do you use different muscles or is it just different ways to exercise the same muscles. I like crunches a lot more.
holy fuck, that`s awesome you have to bulk and be a champ like him your dad`s my hero did he ever take roids? He's always mentioning to me that if I ever take 'roids he's going to kick my ass haha. I'd never touch the shit anyways, that's just taking the easy way and it's not worth it in the long run.

Starting to trim some fat off after Christmas now, still 2lb under my 13 stones goal: Sorry about the shit quality, my arms were still shaking after today's sesh. On the subject of roids. A bloke down my gym says he can get a 6 week set for £50. Seriously temping, just one cycle to gain a little extra for the summer...
how long ago were those pics, is he still hugeÉ how much did he weigh and how tall was he
you should do more reps on abs (unless youre using a huge weight)
How come people do 30 thousand reps and sets on abs, and treat it as if it was melted by the gods from pure titanium slow twitch fibers? Seriously, some people bang out like 200million reps in a week, as if it's the only way to do it. I protest and demand that abs be upgraded from the last set on everybodies list, and be put on 1st. How do you like me now?! [Also, this post wasn't directed at the quoted post personally, more of a general question]
