I hate asking, but could you guys help my band play on this festival? It's two clicks. - General

i don't think we're gonna win anymore and what's happening right now really fucking saddens me. we did our best at the last concert and right after it the dude who organized the festival told us that we'd be DEFINITELY playing this one. guess what? didn't happen. we weren't invited like we were told we'd be and we had to sign up our band (again) so we'd go to the voting stage. we're losing now because some band called "FAST FINGERS" (i mean, seriously?) has got a bunch of facebook friends and we don't. it sucks because we've all wasted more than 2k $ on this band. rehearsals, renting studios, shirts, picks, printing EPs, shipping some merch to other countries, in these two years. i compose all the songs, and we're trying to give these guys a legimitimate intimate experience between the crowd and the band. playing on that festival was an amazing thing mostly because we didn't know ANYONE from the crowd. the festival was boring and you had all that hundred people sitting or walking around as bands played. until we came in. at the end of the concert we had a hundred people screaming out our band name, jumping coordinately, and just enjoying the show while we poorly performed anarchy in the UK by sex pistols because of our joy (i was smiling all the song through). these guys had never heard of us, but they'd sing our catchy choruses, they had me stage diving at the end and the picture of me stage diving went onto newspapers. i just think it sucks that we're losing this because we really deserve this. i know it's just a concert, and we can get other gigs whenever we want, but this is THE concert for us. this crowd loves us and we love this crowd. we want rock them again, but i don't think it's gonna happen.
