Wow.
How did you come up with this?
Also, what beer did you use and what can I substitute it with? I'm an Amerifag and I'm not 21 yet (3 more years).
Oho I get it, because people use sauce as a deviation from the word source that is to say I ask you for the sauce of this sauce. Ha, that slaps me on the knee
Dear god :barf:

actually it's just a sauce for use on pasta
like spaghetti with meat sauce
It's so nice you should name it twice.
Oh AWESOME AWESOME SAUCE

Source of this sauce comes from my imagination about what I think tastes good.
The beer is there only for the earthy flavor and it helps combining the tastes to a single symphony. If you don't have an older relative who'd buy you a beer for cooking purposes...well...I'm not too sure about what to use as a substitute. Hmm...
Actually, if you made some potatoes and then added them cubed to this, I'd say it'd work pretty well due to the potatoes absorbing the juices to themselves and giving a kind of earthy flavor to the food. Perhaps I should try making something like that, because my father likes potatoes...
To the one's complaining about the looks, I must admit it does look somewhat repulsive, but I'd say that's due to lighting. It's actually redder than what it looks like and the texture isn't so gooey/pooey.

In that case :barf:

actually it's quite delicious
the tomato cooks down a bit and becomes soft and roasted, removes all the acid from it - great flavors
I just got finished making this, I didn't have any black pepper though -- it was fucking delicious.
