I don't think it's The Idiots of Garry's Mod 3 but more of a remastered of the first one.

It looks like the intro from the first Idiots of Garry's Mod 1 but on a negative scale because cyan is the opposite of orange.
And of course it turns out to be absolutely nothing. Can't say I'm surprised though.
