In-N-Out is private-owned, so they tend to stay near the West Coast, or something along that line. Also, they have to find meat and produce distributors to bring fresh ingredients daily for those burgers.

Burgerville, except for their prices. Everything is incredibly fucking expensive. Taking price into account, I love Burger King. Really cheap for good burgers. The Ranch in Washington is awesome too.

everything is hand-picked and homemade, nothing is frozen or packaged.
In N Out is not Cali only. It started here, but it's also in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada.

Best milkshakes I've ever had (freshly made, dozens of different flavors, so thick and creamy). The burgers are great too! I grew up less than a mile away and have many happy memories of walking there to get a milkshake during the summer.
