That's the old demo version of Set Me on Fire played at Ibiza last year in September, it was an hour old when they first played it.
Pendulum is like the most generic DnB you can find, mostly because it's the band everyone first starts listening to. Although I'm not exactly a big fan of them anymore, I'm glad to see they're trying new things as In Silico showed. If they kept trying new things, their upcoming should be pretty good too.

So to love a artist you must love all of their songs? And I don't hate it, I just don't like it.

Nah, that's witchcraft I think. Set me on Fire sounds like this:

Album is up on the site for pre-order along with the Collector's Edition.
Two of their song have been released so far, and watercolour is fucking amazing.
One of the songs will be featuring Steven Wilson :O. If that's the Steven Wilson from Porcupine Tree I'll jizz.
been listening to Hold Your Colour to get prepared for the new album!
Totally seeing them in May for the Immersion tour... It's gonna be awesome.
Why'd Kodish leave? Doesn't matter, they still make good music
I can't wait and I am also so fucking glad that they steered clear of their In Silico bullshit. I am glad to see them back at their dnb roots as well as mixing in some electronica.

The music will be nothing amazing.... Nothing like their one off hold your colour album
the track isnt amazing, try tarantula for true dnb genius
pendulum were promising and they simply failed with everything they made after the inspired hold your colour album....

they've said it over and over in their interviews, they feel that it would be selling out to just stick to what sells and keep re-producing hold your colour in different flavors. It takes true artistic talent to keep pushing the envelope and reinventing the genre to suit what THEY want, instead of a handful of whining fans.
although, I have to tell you, their Chicago DJ set was opened with an AMAZING fucking remix of tarantula, which was made 50x better by standing front and center. The speakers at the Bottom Lounge are absolutely jaw-dropping.
keep re-producing hold your colour in different flavors.
I wasn't saying "re-produce"......... I'm saying that it was an inspired drum and bass album.... why not use that state of mind to create another genius album, they have had the chance to do so and its been disappointing compared to the likes of Prodigy say, which have made some superb albums
I just don't see why a lot of people are upset with the album, I'd say it's right on track with their hold-your-colour style, though still a nice leap into a new direction.
I love Pendulum. They're just awesome.

The people who are upset about the new album are most likely also people who think that In Silico was better than Hold Your Colour.

I saw pendulum do a live set last year, it was nothing short of mind blowing. Their DJ sets look just as badass. Can't wait to see El Hornet spin some fire at the Global Dance Festival in Denver this summer!!!
I want to buy the album as soon as it comes out.
May 4th right? I forgot. Last time I heard about the album was in February.
Just heard Watercolour, fucking blew my mind. I can't wait for May 4th now.
