Dude, American law states that they have to sell it at that price, $10 for a TV might sound stupid, but they had a error, and they have to sell it at that price to the people who bought it
You're wrong.
They should be forced to send the TV's.
Normally they would be. Companies usually have to sell it at the shown price even if it's wrong. Unfortunately Best Buy have a clevel legal clause stating that they have the right to change the price if it's due to a mistake even after you bought the item.
It's only if it is mis-labelled in Store that a company has to sell the item. I saw the Metal Gear Solid 4 limited edition for 5.99 instead of 65.99 at Best Buy, told the clerk about this and he told me that he had to sell me it for that price anyway. Either it's a law, or he was just a really nice guy.

Actually mortgage lenders allowing sub prime people to get mortgages caused it.

And the people that earn $30,000 a year who think they can payoff a Lamborghini.
Hey geniuses, if Scanner Law is in your state, they HAVE to sell at that price or you can sue them.
They did not false advertisement. False advertisement is when you "advertise" it as a price it's really not. It was a typing mistake and they have every right to correct it.
So if I start a shop and make an item 9.99, then say it's really over 1,000, I didn't falsely advertise? It was on the store advertised on sale for 9.99.

it's the law of where the headquarters / product distribution center is located, not where you live
I'm pretty sure they can cancel the order. I remember when the Dell website accidentally marked a brand new graphics card way too low, and about two hours after I bought it I got an e-mail saying the order was canceled.

Usually store policy in cases like that.
They are smarter than you
They should have put in their EULA that they would charge full price if an item is mispriced
That would show 'em
But then they could just go "aha! those el cheapo shitty things were actually meant to be NINE BILLION POUNDS! Pay me NOW!"
Scanner laws can't do shit since the disclaimer says if they have an error, they have the right to fix it, and can reject orders that were based on an error.
Read the Hardware thread, it has the original post and everyone got their order canceled aready.

I believe it's called "bargain hunting". Greed is... well, just look at the CEO of any major business.

Once something is marked, by law they are supposed to sell it at that price. Even if they fuck up.
I was gonna buy this yesterday.
This greed is what caused the economical crisis you bastards
I played by the rules and I'm still in the same crisis as everyone else, Goes to show that playing by the rules gets you no where, find a corner to cut, and Cut that som' bitch
Then again I don't live outside my means, and a $10 Dollar TV is definitely within my means, a shame I didn't get one, and even if I did I highly doubt they'd actually go through with an order of a 52" TV for $10, It would be nice to see someone actually honor a mess up like that though

Okay, go ahead and try to sue them. (Hint: they have lawyers who know the law in their jurisdiction, the law that allows them to reserve the right to correct errors, which they have explicity done in their conditions of use)

No, you have the right as a consumer to sue and WIN against the company. Once something is marked to a price and established, it HAS to be sold by that price. At least in the U.S.
