As long as they aren't too similar.
They look similar, but their society and ways of living/making bases are not. Their weapons are made of metal, and their leaders have psychic powers. Think of space marine undead birds without the space and the marine, just heavy weaponry and psychic powers. But they still love blood!

I did something with my failed Slenderman / Bloodsucker thing, some kind of mutated prisoner, any idea what to do with them, they seem pretty useless for a regular PW.
(Oh and yes, crappy arms are crappy)
They look kinda creepy. If anything they could be a slave or something for one of your other armies. Maybe just an "escaped convict" that you can sic on the enemy.
Maybe colonies of them living underground and/or in abandoned buildings, with no true allies but high numbers?
Hmm, gives me idea, some sort of alien virus that reached a prison and mutated the inhabitants, a la Dead space but with more prison and less ugly things with 4 arms.
