What are you using to make the images in the first place?
Paint.net?
Like I said, read it up.
So I've done the following and I've narrowed down my "problem":
Copy/Save
Firefox: Works
Chrome: Works
Opera: Works
IE: Fuck that
While Editing
Firefox on P.NET: Works
Opera on P.NET: Works
Chrome on P.NET: Works
Firefox on Paint: Works
Opera on Paint: Works
Chrome on Paint: Works
After Exporting as PNG (32bit, 16bit, and 8bit tested)
Everything: Fucks up
On chrome, right click then copy image, paste into MSPaint(Preferably vista paint), crop it, edit it, save as png, upload to image host.
Not hard.
[editline]22nd January 2011[/editline]
Tell me exactly what you do.
http://filesmelt.com/dl/Paint1.exe
Use this paint.
http://filesmelt.com/dl/Paint1.exe
Use this paint.
Now the problem begins residing in Firefox changing the image itself as I download it. After this began occurring I tested it with both my Paint.NET install and the quoted .exe of Paint - both worked flawlessly. For whatever reason the problem is switching from my browser to my image editor. Either way, a strange problem that's going to take a long time to solve.
Try right click => copy and save as.
Don't copy and paste it... save it.
I've tried both copying+pasting and saving the file as is.
I didn't even say I copy pasted it.

Your the first person to have this happen to... take us through your steps of posting up an image in detail.
Alright - first thing in the morning, however. I'll do it with different browsers, image editors, etc. Also, if it helps to anyone, I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
I doubt 64 bit would screw it up, I'm on 32 and it works fine (maybe it does, however). I just right click and copy from google chrome and paste it into Paint, nothing happens. :v:
goblins move out, Arterial spray, hit guy in tree.

This might just end... properly.
I'm scared there will be a match that ends :ohdear:
There has been matches that have ended, I've been in 3 if I recall correctly: two with Rah and one with Syn.
No one of them was with me Elf... the Uruks Vs Gondorians... i think that was you.

Yeh, I know quite a few have actually finished :v:
No one of them was with me Elf... the Uruks Vs Gondorians... i think that was you.
Ah yeah, and one with Muffin as well! :v:
And Jamesness's and mine ended too.
And Jamesness's and mine ended too.
That was a good one also.
On a hunch I decided to try to edit the image in P.NET and save it as a PNG in the Paint.exe that was linked in this thread. Now, thanks to Elffie, the image degradation has began to subside. Here's to hoping all my rounds end nicely.

The dead soldier now topples himself onto a sum of stable branches within the tree as the only live soldier throws his grenade and readies his rifle.
"Why the fuck is that guy's leg standing up right? Must be rigor mortis."

The goblins continue swimming in the "torpedo" formation.
The sniper bolts out and sends up a last msg to his birth unit.
Let's just say it's afternoon and that's why everything looks like that.

The remaining soldier aims down his sights.
One bullet hurls itself through the sniper as his message is interrupted. The remaining two bullets land in the ground and otherwise remain their course.
The thrown grenade lands in the water.

That grenade definitely felt gravity.
That grenade definitely felt gravity.
I got rid of it before I placed it down. :v:

The grenade splooshes as one goblin reaches up the others get the fuck away.
The bullet shears the sniper in half

3...2...1... the grenade explodes and creates a shitty water effect as the goblin is turned into multiple bloody bits.
The soldier remains in position, waiting for the sniper to fall over dead so he may return home at last.
Reminding James that we are damn close to finishing and he better not screw that up.
